Our 4-day safari was truly a dream come true. We were blessed to see all of the “Big 5” and even the “Ugly 5” — it was a tremendous trip that allowed us to really appreciate God’s creation in all its beauty and variety. The highlight of our journey was our guide, Kelvin. He was extremely knowledgeable, always willing to share insights about the wildlife and the land. He drove through some very challenging conditions with great skill, which reassured us throughout. Kelvin also took care of the practical details — from stopping for washroom breaks whenever possible, to managing border control interactions with complete professionalism, to helping us check into our hotels smoothly. On our last day, he even made sure we could stop by our hotel to collect our luggage before heading to the airport, which was a huge help. He was clear, respectful, and looked after us in every way. Truly, he made the trip what it was. We also want to mention how responsive Jungle Roam were on WhatsApp. Any time we had a question before or during the trip, they got back to us quickly and helpfully, which made planning and traveling stress-free. An amazing company, an outstanding guide, and an unforgettable safari — highly recommended!

My partner and I had an incredible first safari experience. Everyone, from our tour guide (Caleb) to the staff at the lodge we stayed at and the village we visited were very friendly, happy to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our tour guide seemed very experienced and ran an excellent safari. Would 100% recommend choosing Jungle Roam safari and if you get Caleb as your tour guide, then you’re very lucky!!

Review for 4 day safari Masai Mara and Nakuru with Caleb, We were picked up on time for a fantastic drive to the accommodation which was enjoyable, comfy jeep , lots of water and breaks for food and bathroom stops. The accommodation was in a lovely small village which had really cute tents with en-suites and great service , served by very friendly staff. Caleb then took us into the park for our first afternoon safari and we saw so much thanks to his knowledge and speaking to other jeeps in the park, he was clearly very popular and loved by the other safari drivers!! We continued to do safaris and visiting various places along the way for the next couple of days, Caleb always made sure everyone was included, provided interesting information and was always happy to answer any questions we had. The whole experience was absolutely amazing and I really recommend it , will definitely be going back in the future. A huge thank you to Caleb for making us feel welcome, safe and giving us the most amazing few days. Cheers!! Jaimie :)

This tour was great for the value of money. Tour guide Evans was very friendly and informative. Accommodation and food was alright and met the standard of a budget tour. My family get to see 4 of the big 5 within two days at Maasai Mara and we are quite happy.

Jungle Roam Safaris is an excellent choice for your tour in Kenya! I communicated via email with Vincent and Chesi, who were both extremely responsive and patiently addressed my queries. They also accommodated my needs and ensured that we were well taken cared of during the tour. My guide, Dennis, was extremely patient and helped with any difficulties or needs during the 5-day tour. I felt that we were in good hands throughout the time. Thank you for your patience and assistance throughout the 5 days! My friends and I were extremely lucky to have you as our guide!

First of all, I would like to thank the contact person Chesi for arranging the trip. Chesi responded very quickly and was able to answer every question. In addition, I would like to strongly praise my guide John Hagiah for being very professional. He helped us find many animals. He is responsible and has good communication skills and can take care of every member of the group. He has professional skills and knowledge and explained a lot to us. His driving skills are also very good, allowing us to see rare animals from different angles safely and comfortably.

Can’t say enough about this company!!! I spent hours and hours researching the best company to take me and my husband on a 4-day safari to Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru, and Jungle Roam won me over. They had the best price, best lodging (I checked reviews on Google Maps and Trip Advisor, best vehicles (Land Cruisers, not vans), best guides and best reviews on several different websites. They did not disappoint! Chesi was responsive and made booking the trip super easy, our hotel pickup arrived on time. Our guide, Albert, was fabulous! He was super knowledgeable about the animals, plants, geography and sights, but more importantly, he skillfully maneuvered us into the absolute optimum vantage points for viewing and photographing all the big 5, ugly 5, and many many more animals and birds. Our group of 7 were absolutely amazed! We loved our lodging! The included meals were the best we’ve had in the 5 weeks we’ve been in Kenya, and everything promised was delivered. If I ever come back this way with my grandkids, we will definitely look to Jungle Roam for our Safari!!!

-Itinerary. The itineraries arranged for my 5 days budget safari package was perfectly arranged and executed. Not tight and rushing nor too much free time and idling. There will be mix of travellers with different itineraries and slight change of schedule (days and timings) but eventually you will get to experiece all stated on your itinerary. I noticed some idling for one of the traveller in our ride as some activities was not on their selected package. However you can still add on if you want during the rides. Mostly just entrance fee. -Safari The experience of safari ride is mostly dependent on 2 factors, guide experience and jeep condition. Make sure you request for open roof access from your seat if you prefer watch mostly from the top, if not you might just watch from the side window. You can actually check your seat before the final payment at the office for the balance and try sort out any difference of promised vs expectation before the ride. Get clear info during booking what you can or cant do in the vehicle. Eg. No stepping on car seat with dirty footwear. -Guide My assigned guide Caleb was a very seasoned and experienced guide. He managed to get hint of wild animal locations through walkie talkies and zip through the masai maara savanna short cut trails, sometimes even ahead of forest rangers for good pics and sightings. A good guide makes a whole difference on your experience. He was warm, gentle, informative and flexible and strict to keep order. Caleb was a very highly recommended guide. Do drop a good tips if you good guide. A good guide makes a whole difference on your experience. Remember they don't have full control on schedule or accommodation changes by the operator. -Accommodation The accommodation was good. Make sure you get black and white agreement on procedures on room unavailability. Eg how refund, cancelled by hotel, etc. Especially if you book luxury with direct wildlife view through windows. You might want to have some control what if cancelled by hotels and refund policy. This was my first safari experience. I wouldn't mind booking with them again but will check my seat and accomodation ratings before booking again in future.

Thanks for the help from Chesi, replied on time. Jungleroam is a trustable agent with well experienced guides. Our excellent guide Kikitu was the real value added. He had a unique sense of humor and gave us a lot of joy during the 7-day safari. He was also very professional in the game drives and he made sure we always had the best spot to see animals and enough time to take the best pictures. He was always eager to give us more information on the animals. You would be very lucky to have him!!! Thanks for Kikitu and Jungleroam, I had an unforgettable and lifetime experience in Kenya.
