Once your booking is confirmed, our operations team will contact you via WhatsApp 1–2 days before your service date to reconfirm your pickup location, time, and any special requests. On the day of service, your professional chauffeur will arrive punctually at the confirmed meeting point. The driver will contact you upon arrival and assist with luggage or passenger coordination before departure. Important Booking Information: - This product is for a 4-hour private chauffeur service package within one day. - Travellers who require more time may extend their booking by adding extra hours directly with the driver on the day of service, subject to availability. - Each additional hour will be charged based on the standard hourly rate and is payable in cash or card directly to the driver in Singapore dollars. - Please note that service time begins at the booked start time, even if travellers arrive late. - Any changes to the pickup time or schedule must be informed at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp. Travellers are free to customise their itinerary and make multiple stops anywhere within Singapore during the 4-hour booking period. Your chauffeurs will remain on standby throughout the service to ensure comfort, convenience, and a seamless experience.
