I took a wonderful four-day Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan and back in January 2026! The ship isn't brand new, and there are some renovations here and there, but that's what gives it its special charm—not ostentation and luxury, but a touch of the magic of old cruise ships. A fantastic hotel-like room, food and drinks to suit all tastes, and the crew's service and hospitality were second to none! A covered sun deck with a pool and plenty of sunbathing facilities, afternoon coffee with a snack—in short, a wonderful Nile cruise that embodies everything Egypt has to offer tourists. I would gladly recommend it.

The four days on the Nile cruise were a fantastic experience thanks to our guide Mohamed who accompanied us in visiting many wonderful sites: Abu Simbel, Karnak, Valley of the Kings, Luxor... He was a special, competent, passionate and full of enthusiasm and attention to us. He told us about the places of interest but also immersed us in Egypt today and in the aspirations of this wonderful country. I already want to come back!!

A 4-day Nile cruise isn't just a stay on a plane… it's a relaxing experience that completely disconnects you from any stress or crowds, immersing you in a rare tranquility you won't find in any other type of travel. From the moment you step onto the boat and feel the gentle movement of the Nile, you begin to feel like you've entered a completely different mood. The first thing that distinguishes flying is that it's not essential. There are no daily connections between channels, no luggage to unpack and leave behind each day. You're staying in a fixed location, and the location itself moves you peacefully amidst nature. The sound of the water gently lapping creates a complex physical sensation of relaxation, especially at night.

A cruise from Luxor to Aswan was one of the most beautiful experiences anyone could have in Egypt ❤️ From the very first moment you were on the cruise ship in the middle of the Nile, the feeling was completely different… tranquility, breathtaking scenery, and sunrises and sunsets that were something else entirely. Our guide, Mina, explained every detail to us with great precision.

  • A very special and extremely enjoyable trip as we watched the sunset while sailing

Our cruise was a wonderful experience. We were accompanied by Mohamed Ahmed, who explained each location brilliantly; he truly is an amazing fountain of knowledge. The only negative points were the food, which wasn't the best, and the lack of activities while on board, which made the many hours spent on the ship somewhat rainy.
