  In order to get to the location of the golf carts you have to walk a long way. There are other companies that have the carts inside the terminal area and are much more convenient. We had to ask a number of sales people from other companies where to go. Also, one of our golf carts died while getting instructions on how to drive the cart. We didn't question that there might be a problem at that time. After leaving to explore the area one of our golf carts was sluggish and died multiple times. Eventually, it stopped all together. We had a hard time reaching the company to request assistance. A repair guy came out but was unable to get the cart running. Within 15 minutes we were in a new cart and on our way. We enjoyed the rest of our day with no additional problems. They fixed our problem quickly, but if we had been further away from the port, it might have been a different outcome altogether. I would recommend you look to see which rental company is closer to the port especially if you have someone that is older and can't walk to the pick up location.

  They are located just a short walk outside of the port entrance. The golf cart we had was in good shape and we had no issues traveling the island the 6 hours we used it. We just payed a $10 gas charge at the end of the day instead of having to stop and get fuel. The guys were very nice and explained everything we needed to know and gave us a map of the island with written directions for certain areas. They are a little pricier than some of the others. However ours ran flawless and were in better condition then some others we saw. We talked with others who rented from other companies that there carts were horrible. I would highly recommend DEA Rental Services to anyone. The one thing we didn’t realize when we rented is that they do put a $250 hold on your CC for the rental until you return it.

  So happy we picked this company. Their carts are the best on the island. We drove by so many other golf carts and didn’t look back. Island is small and only takes a few minutes to learn it. Being able to add our own music to the cart was a huge plus.

  Great activity to do. D.E.A golf carts rental were so accommodating. Since it was a long walk from the boat to the carts and we had two people who had difficulty walking, they let us drive their van to pick up the other people. Beaches are awesome!

  This was a fun experience. The back up camera does looks at the ground and the Bluetooth did not work. We have several times where we had to try over and over to get it into drive. We told them of the issue and they said we needed to wait 10 seconds. We waited for at least a min before trying to go into drive. They are nice with storage and speed but could use some work.

  These golf carts were the best on the island in my opinion. They seemed brand new. Stop and get carrots at a local market for the donkeys. Golf carts and exploring Grand Turk was very fun and relaxing.

  We enjoyed our time driving around the island in one of D.E.A's 4 seater red golf carts! They are a short walk outside the port area and have good carts. Ours had off road tires which came in handy on some of the terrible streets on the island. Also, their golf carts go fast! We passed so many other golf carts that we started to feel bad! Everything worked on it and it had a hidden storage compartment for your bags. At the end of the day, it cost $10 for them to refill the tank for us. Definitely the way to go!
