Baltra Airport - Santa Cruz Island
Accommodations
Night in Santa Cruz in a cozy and very well located accommodation on the island.

Charles Darwin Research Station
After lunch we will go to the Charles Darwin scientific station where we will observe the giant Galapagos tortoises and learn about the history of the islands.
Santa Cruz Island to Isabela Island

Las Tintoreras
In this excursion we are going to walk through the Tintoreras islet located in Isabela Bay. Here we will be able to observe blue sharks, marine iguanas and sea lions. Then we will do an incredible snorkeling for 1 hour with sea turtles, rays and various colorful fish.
Isabela Island - Sierra Negra Volcano

Sierra Negra
This day we will walk to the Sierra Negra volcano, it is a 16 km walk approximately 4 hours round trip. We are going to observe the second largest crater in the world and the small volcano.
Isabela Island - Cabo Rosa Tunnels

Los Tuneles
This day we will do the best snorkeling in Galapagos, we will sail for 40 minutes from Puerto Villamil to Cabo Rosa. Here we will snorkel with seahorses, sea turtles, sharks and various endemic animals of the Galapagos. We will also walk through the tunnels to observe the blue footed boobies and various birds.
Santa Cruz Island - Baltra Airport

The last day our departure from Isabela will be at 6 am to the island of Santa Cruz. An operator will wait for us to take us to our breakfast to finally transport us to the Baltra airport saying goodbye to the Galapagos Islands.

5.00Amazing trip, my expectations were exceeded. Alex organised the activities well and his enthusiasm for the beauty of the Galapagos was infectious and his knowledge was invaluable. The beauty of the beaches and volcanic scenery was unbelievable. The islands required long boat rides to travel between each one so Alex’s advice to spend time on each island was well founded.

5.00We had a wonderful experience in the Galapagos Islands, organised by our personal guide, Alex Arregui, who is a marine biologist. We made a 5-day tripis and visited the islands of Santa Cruz and Isabela. We were received very warmly and well by Alex, who was immediately ready for us and had arranged all the transport. Beforehand, we had discussed by e-mail our interests and wishes for the trip. Alex had arranged all accommodation, excursions and activities well, allowing us to explore the islands carefree. It was wonderful to see and hear how much he knows about the fauna and flora on the Galapagos. He could go on for hours with interesting and fun information about plants, birds and fish. We snorkelled with him, where he showed us the wide variety of marine life (including sharks). His tour of the Darwin Research Centre was very fun and informative. He also took us to the best places to eat at a very economical price. He made our trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

We were received very warmly and well by Alex who was immediately ready for us and had arranged all the transport. We had discussed our interests and wishes for the trip in advance via email. Alex had arranged all accommodation and activities well, allowing us to explore the islands carefree. It was wonderful to see and hear how much he knows about the fauna and flora on the Galapagos. He could keep telling us for hours with interesting and fun information. We had a beautiful and relaxing trip! :)
