This Tanzania Safari takes you to the most famous National Parks in Tanzania: The Tarangire River has shrivelled to a shadow of its wet season self. But it is choked with wildlife. Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th worldwide wonder, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration. The jewel in Ngorongoro's crown is a deep, volcanic crater, the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world.

Pick up from hotel in Arusha or airport and drive to Tarangire National Park for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras. The Tarangire River which is the life blood of this national park ensures a year round supply of water and the river beds takes Centre stage when animals gather to get this rare commodity resulting into magnificent wildlife actions when the predators try to grab a meal taking advantage of the moment. Later in the afternoon you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Drive to the Serengeti National Park in the morning after breakfast at your lodge. We will be crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation. Then proceed with game drives slowly through stunning wide open spaces that make Serengeti unforgettable as we head to the lodge for tonight’s overnight. Attention: Please note, that should you travel between the beginning of January and mid-March, you will stay at the Kati Kati Ndutu Tented Camp. This camp is also situated in the Serengeti National Park but closer to the border of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the Ndutu Area. Staying at a camp in the Ndutu Area during this time increases your chances of seeing the famous migration as the herds can either be on the Serengeti or Ngorongoro side.

Today we have a full day of exploring wildlife around Serengeti which is the ideal location for marveling at the annual migration of large herds of animals at this time of the year. The Serengeti’s endless plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing; it truly is ultimate safari country. Often spotted in the Serengeti are elephants, hippos, lions, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, leopards and more.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, we drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. We then go down the crater floor where we spend some hours exploring the floor of the crater. Lunch will be taking at a designated picnic site near a hippo pool afterwards, continue with game drives. You can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only.

After breakfast we explore the colorful town of Mto-wa-Mbu for some last minute pictures and curio shopping. Afterwards we head to Arusha where the tour will end at the airport for your flight back home.

5.00We celebrated our honeymoon with a beautiful safari in the Serengeti National Park, together with my husband, our children and the whole family, and what an experience this was! Everything was perfectly arranged from A to Z. From the first contact with Isaya everything felt so familiar. Everything was arranged from the Netherlands. Clear, friendly and with a lot of patience. And when we arrived in Tanzania, he stood there with a warm smile to welcome us personally. That sense of care and genuine commitment, you don't see that often. We stayed in super nice, clean lodges!! The stay surrounded by nature was stunningly beautiful. You will be surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness, truly a unique experience that you will not get anywhere else. Everything safely arranged and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The food was really delicious too! Super tasty and hygienic! Our tour guide Eli was fantastic. He almost felt like family. Warm, cozy, very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time with us, explained everything and knew exactly where to go to spot animals. We have seen the Big Five and so much more, moments we keep reliving in our minds. The jeep was very comfortable and clean, ideal for long game drives, enough charging points for your phones to charge! The whole family has enjoyed intensely. It was such an amazing experience that no one will ever forget this. This was also our second time booking with this organization, the first time was in October 2022. Because that trip was so beautiful, we wanted to do our honeymoon with them again, this time together with our family. That was definitely the best choice ever. 5.00For our honeymoon we made a safari with family in Serengeti. Everything was arranged in detail. Isaiah provided perfect planning and a flawless start from the Netherlands. On site, the stay, the comfortable jeep and our expert tour guide were all top notch. We saw a huge amount of wildlife, including the Big Five. Professional, reliable and above expectations good. 5.00After my sister getting married we were invited with 11 people of our family to see the Serengeti national park and it was an experience we will never forget. By far it was the most beautifull vacation ever. Everything was really good taken care of. This company is very professional and always hear your needs & preferences. We saw in our first a lot or beautifull animals such as lions, cheeta’s capture their prey, lioness with 7 cups, 18 lioness in one place and leopards. Actually all the animals in the Serengeti except one not, maybe a reason to come back. As my sister and brother in law are here for the second time already with the same travel agents. The unique experience which i was fond of was at night time when me and my wife were in our nice cosy and romantic tents we could here sound of animals, since we were in the middle of the savanna. That was an experience you won’t get anywhere in the world. The travel agents are very kind and serve at the best.

5.00I can recommend this tour, because everything was taking care of during our stay. We saw so many animals. Also we had so many spectaculair moments. We saw for example 20 lions at the same time eah was amazing! 3 cheeta's hunting together. A female lion with cups and so much more. Also we had such fun time together and we made so many great memories with the family and all the pictures and video's are so beautiful. We couldn't be more blessed.

5.00My Husband and I really enjoyed this 5 days safari from Arusha to Serengeti, we really enjoyed seeing the Big 5, the guide was good. The food was very delicious, the management that we meet at Arusha town really work smart to make sure our Safari was memorable. The hotel that we used was heaven on earth and trust me I would recommend this company thousand times to do your safaris.
