  Such a fun experience. Our chef, Ruby, spoke very good English so was able to explain the food and customs on the market tour and train us in her cooking experience during the class. We made some traditional food in a way that gives confidence to make it again at home. Afterwards, we enjoyed a fun meal with Ruby which was a nice way to end. Highly recommended

  Had an excellent experience going to the markets to get our ingredients and cooking a selection of delicious meals. Perla was fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish, she was very friendly and knowledgeable helping us every step of the way.

  Excellent experience with the chef, learning to cook Vietnamese food with an eclectic group of travelers. The market experience was a great start and we're ready to go home and make our own Pho and spring rolls.

  Coco was an amazing instructor! She was able to balance the progress of many dishes with novice chefs easily. She made the dishes that seemed complex completely obtainable for all skill levels. Facilities were clean and ingredients were fresh. We enjoyed visiting the market to learn how to select ingredients. We left very full! An excellent use of time!

  Really great experience! I was lucky enough to be the only person who signed up so I got a private class. Coco was my cooking instructor and she did a great job! All the food was really good and afterwards she sat and ate with me. And we had a really nice conversation
