Our Apron Up Cooking Class has been gaining popularity through years in giving people an intensive and interesting lessons. People who come to us can be experts who want to open Vietnamese restaurant back home or a person who never cook before but want to be able to eat delicious Viet food when they have to come back after vacation.
Our school locates right in the centre of the old quarter so very easy to access and hence, after the market tour in the biggest market in Hanoi which is right near the old quarter, you can also know where to buy what in the rest of your trip here.
Within only 3 - 4 hours, you get to learn about the ingredients ( spices and Vietnamese produces), get your hands on cooking a whole meal of the most popular and authentic 5 dishes in Hanoi (or its vegetarian version for vegetarian attendants, enjoying your fruits of labour and try Vietnamese rice wine together with your classmates, receiving a cook booklet and certificate!

What To Expect
Explore local market and shopping with our guide, cook 5 Vietnamese dishes, eat your own fruits of labour together with Vietnamese rice vodka. Get a cook book and certificate. Menu: Pho bo (beef noodle soup), Bun cha (Hanoi BBQ pork noodle), Nem ran (fried spring roll), papaya salad, egg coffee/ chocolate. Vegetarians/ non-red meat eaters will learn vegetarian version.

5.00Had an absolutely wonderful time at Hailey’s cooking class! Her positive energy and encouraging attitude made the entire experience so fun and welcoming. Hailey did a fantastic job making sure everyone felt included and had something to contribute, regardless of their cooking skill level. We made pho, bun cha, spring rolls, a fresh salad, and wrapped it all up with an incredibly delicious egg coffee. If you're looking for a fun, inclusive, and delicious cooking experience, I highly recommend Hailey's class!

5.00We really enjoyed the class! If you are looking for a fun activity, good food, and learning a bit about Vietnamese cooking, would highly recommend. We had Vy as our instructor, and she was very good at directing the class and making sure everyone was included. She went above and beyond to be a good host!
