  This was the BEST experience! Our guide was so cheerful and well organized. From the shopping, to the prep, to the feast itself, I give it top marks. We met interesting couples from other countries and learned a lot. We got to leave feeling happy and with a little recipe book for the dishes we had prepared.

  Leaned s lot about Vietnamese cooking and shopping at the market added to the experience. Vg was a terrific teacher as she explained everything, answered questions, and demonstrated cooking practices.

  This class was a wonderful way to experience local cuisine and of course cook it too. They were very attentive to various dietary needs and that was thoughtful. Each dish was delicious and to top it all off we were given a recipe book to take home!
