What To Expect
Karteros
Every day we organize safari with Quad, buggy1000cc, Monster800cc, and Jeep. Our adventure starts in the small village of Karteros, where we will have a 30-minute briefing on safety and instructions on operating ATVs. About 75% we are off-road with speeds up to 30km to 35km and 25% on-road with speeds up to 50 to 55km. We make sure that everyone returns safely to their accommodation. Anyone who wants to race and develop high speeds is not for this excursion.Βecause for us priority is...... your safety first!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Only Quad ) We start by passing a deep stream at the end of which we will come across a cave of historical importance, where we will stop for a while. (Only Jeep & Buggy) Our next stop will be in the forest near the church of St. Irene, where we will visit the old church and enjoy the countryside. ***The route is subject to change due to unfore seen circumstances

4.00Excellent tour with very informative operators and we saw so much! The only downside was that at pickup, we waited in a hot van for 35 minutes+ on another group that had booked this tour and never showed up. We didn’t really know what was going on or what we were waiting on because the driver was outside the van walking around talking on his cell phone trying to coordinate the lost group I assume. The tour company ended up going back to get the people later and them joining the tour late but it was nerve wracking for us who were on time because we had time sensitive plans following this tour and we were concerned it would run late or we would be cut short on time from all the waiting. It did run later than the 5 hours we anticipated from pickup because they gave us the full tour still but we were stressed getting back after the tour. All in all, highly recommend and would use them again, just plan for some cushion timing wise!

5.00We choose the UTVs which kept us a little mote shaded and bought t shirts. Had so much fun driving all over Crete, through villages past babcias out sweeping and waving to the bunch. Stopped for lunch and a swim at the best beach I've seen in Greece so far!

Suggestion for this tour operator would be more clarity in the meeting point instructions with details on specifically where, around the taxi stand, to meet the driver and a little better description of the van…mentioning the color and side panel text/graphics would be very helpful.

5.00We had a great time on the quads, cruising through the olive tree groves, amazing beaches, and a historic church. The tour started off sort of slow as newbies to riding were learning how to operate their 4 wheelers. The French guy definitely did a great job putting nervous riders at ease. Would recommend
