4.00Bolivia and the sites are amazing. The hotels are good but not 4 or 5 star as advertised. It states in some places like the tickets that breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Breakfast and lunch are included and they were good. Dinner was not. Communication was poor. No updated itinerary was ever sent or emailed. The schedule did not closely resemble that is advertised but in the end everything was seen. The guides and drivers were good to excellent. Overall a great trip.

5.00A memorable trip to Bolivia, which had been a little worrying because of the long journey alone, was well arranged, the drivers and guides were friendly and patient, and their English was fluent. The hotel is also very good, especially the Salt Lake and Sucre hotels, great! I look forward to the opportunity to visit Bolivia again during the rainy season.

Everything was exceptional, the guides, the communication, the vehicles and the food. 5.00I was a little nervous about this tour because I had the pre-conception that Bolivians are pretty relaxed about time and organization. And of course, the tour was in a strange place far away from home! But even before we left home, Jose, the tour operator, was answering my questions on WhatsApp and arranging everything ahead of time. Whenever I had a question (about COVID requirements, visa requirements, etc), José would answer in a timely and polite way. When we got arrived, everything was perfectly organized. We had both a driver and a fluent English speaking guide everywhere we went. They were polite, courteous, professional, and extremely organized. We saw things in Bolivia we'd never seen before and will never see again. As long as you're up for a jam-packed itinerary, I cannot recommend this trip enough! A special thanks to Johnny, Pablo, George and AL for making our trip so special! "¡Johnny, la gente esta loco!"
