5.00We’ve now had the pleasure of working with Kalina for two years, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional ski instructor for both adults and children. This year, we had a joint private lesson for the week, which worked brilliantly for our family. Kalina has a wonderful way with children—patient, encouraging, and genuinely enthusiastic—which made my 5-year-old feel comfortable and excited to learn. The progress over the week was incredible to watch, and it really boosted my child’s confidence and ability on the slopes. At the same time, Kalina ensured I was learning and improving too. She took the time to give me clear, practical tips on my own ski technique, which made a noticeable difference and really increased my confidence. She strikes the perfect balance between fun and focused skill-building for all ages. It’s clear that Kalina is highly skilled and truly passionate about what she does. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic ski instructor for both adults and children.

5.00We pre-booked ski hire and 2 hour private ski lessons with Kalina for my 4 year old and myself. I highly recommend Alpin for their service, ease of booking and quality equipment. Kalina was wonderful with my son. I cannot thank her enough and highly recommend the lessons she provided. At the end of 5 days, my son is confident skiing, excited, and wants to be Kalina's ski instructor.

5.004th time of visiting borovets and always used the Alpin for ski hire ! Friendly and helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble . Equipment is good and upto date , all in all a very good experience and will definitely continue to use Boris and his staff for ski hire !
Quick and easy ski rental

5.00Arrived in resort at 5pm, checked into our Hotel and then walked over to Alpin. Walked into Alpin at 6pm and I was out 5 minutes later with my skis and poles ready for the next morning. I chose them because of the 6:30pm closing time, which is later than some places.

5.00We booked skiing and snowboarding lessons this winter and couldn't recommend alpinski enough. The online booking was easy to use and confirmation came through really quickly. The location is brilliant meaning you can ski in and out, we stored all our gear in the lockers and coming down each day to dry boots was lovely. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly but our biggest thanks goes to Maria our instructor. She was amazing, so kind and patient with two nervous skiers and had my son confidently zipping about after a few days. I couldn't recommend her enough and would definitely try to book more lessons with her if we come back. Thank you Maria!!!

5.00Wow wow wow! As a family of 4, we were able to book private lessons alongside our ski hire, so they could cater to our varying skill levels. My husband and son went off and progressed beyond belief, undoing all of the bad habits they had picked up in their lessons in France last year and nailing black runs with excellent technique at the end of 3 x 2hr lessons. I am a very nervous skier, but Vladimir was patient and encouraging and I managed more than I thought possible. My 8yr old daughter also had 1:1 lessons and they were just amazing with her - she was a bit teary but they managed her with sensitivity and kindness and were honestly brilliant. I rarely leave reviews but feel I need to highlight this exceptional company for their amazing skill, uniquely positive customer service , patience, and all round brilliance. Thank you Vlady for making me believe I can ski again.
