Overall, was a great itinerary. Viator uses Arago Travel agency out of India. Some good, some not so good aspects. Pro’s: itinerary, responsiveness and re-bookings when needed, they tracked all issues and changes and adjusted quickly. Con’s: hotel chosen. Was one of 3 FossHotels in area and were put in the oldest and cheapest facility. We weren’t there much of course, but property was very bare bones. For example, if you pointed your elbows out on either side of you, the shower wasn’t big enough to accommodate. Very cramped and noisy, every sound could be heard through walls. Not one good night sleep.

From the travel, to the food, to the sight seeing and experiencing the aurora borealis and so much more! It was all so well managed and arranged by arago, i would like to thank them for this life altering trip and hope for many more to come
