Very friendly driver. Would have preferred more historical information. Sometimes the narration didn't match the location ... I realize it's hard to sync up a recording when driving thru the city, but maybe the driver could pause it...? It was OK for the money and easy to locate the starting point.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hop-on hop-off tour was one of the most poorly run experiences I’ve ever had. First, the driver/tour guide never introduced himself. He was an older white man with gray/white hair and glasses, and he even brought a guitar on board, so I assumed we’d be getting lively or engaging commentary. Instead, we got the opposite. For more than half the tour, he didn’t speak at all. He relied on prerecorded narration and it wasn’t even synced correctly. The audio would start describing a monument or historic site after we had already passed it. Multiple times the recording enthusiastically talked about something we could no longer see. This completely defeats the purpose of a guided tour. On top of that, the driver was constantly texting while driving. Not an occasional glance but actively texting while navigating a bus full of tourists. It felt unsafe, unprofessional, and incredibly irresponsible. To make matters worse, the tour was advertised as 80 minutes, but ours was only about 60 minutes. Between the lack of live narration, the outdated and mistimed recordings, the shortened tour, and the unnerving distracted driving, this experience was absolutely not worth the money. There are plenty of tour options in the city and I strongly recommend choosing a different company.

No professional sound system to hear the driver or recorded messages efficiently once other passengers joined the tour

We bought our tickets on the day and set off 5 minutes later. We essentially had a private tour with Hugo as our guide. He was funny, informative and a great host. Highly recommend disembarking to look round the USS constitution ship. Highly recommend this.
