Great vehicle, well stocked with everything we needed. Arrived late in the afternoon and although the staff were still in, they gave us a self check in, which didn’t feel very welcoming, maybe I’m just sensitive. Email responses were very slow, I thought in this day a WhatsApp contact would be very helpful, maybe it was there and I missed it… in any case, didn’t need to contact the staff much. One of the pot lids fell apart (but that’s normal wear and tear) but other than that the van was well equipped for what we expected and needed.

We had a fantastic experience with CampEasy! Picking up the camper was quick and hassle-free, and Natalia was especially helpful — she responded right away in the chat whenever we had a question or concern. The campervan was easy to drive, the bedding was comfy, and we had great internet the entire trip. We were able to make all our meals in the van without any issues. The tablet they provide was super helpful, offering advice on parking and reminders so we didn’t miss any payments. Highly recommend!

I rented a van from CampEasy last November. The experience was very positive, starting with the booking process. I always received a quick response to every email I sent. The airport transfer service is fast and efficient. The explanations I received when I picked up the vehicle were clear. Everyone was very friendly. The vehicle was in good condition and very clean. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend CampEasy for your adventures in Iceland.

CampEasy really made vehicle recall and delivery management agile. The self-service system was really easy and there were no delays. Regarding the Campervan VW Caddy EasyRanger 4x4 we hired, it was ideal for our return to the island, endured the worst snow conditions and never left us on foot or stranded anywhere. Really, the vehicle exceeded our expectations and the accessory services we ordered were OK. I am very grateful to CampEasy's quality of service. I definitely recommend it.

CampEasy were excellent from beginning to end. Booking and communication was clear and professional, pickup was very well-organised, our VW Crafter 4x4 was a great van (comfortably sleeping our family of two adults and two teenagers), equipment included (and extras we ordered) were of a high quality, communication while underway was easy & responsive using their chat system, and drop off/transfer was very quick and super smooth. The only problem we had was a timing belt failure towards the end of our tour, and this kind of thing can happen with any rental vehicle. The team dealt with the issue extremely well and after a short wait they’d delivered us a new (upgraded) van, and picked up the old one to take for repair. Dawid Milan was very helpful and professional!
