We look for fewer crowds, especially on sightseeing nature tours. The Everglades River of Grass semi-private, small group Everglades airboat tour is great for 1 to 4 guests. Our custom, highly maintained airboats have cushioned tiered seating for great views. Save a little money and join a few other travelers on this private but economical airboat ride! We never overcrowd our guests, and only 6 to 8 guests will be on the River of Grass semi private airboat ride for the best public adventure in the Everglades. Educational and thrilling, yet relaxing, with safety being our #1 priority!

What To Expect
Everglades Wildlife Management Area
The 1.5 hour River of Grass airboat adventure will cover approximately 15 miles of the Everglades. Your Captain will make several stops along the way to share with you some favorite Everglades flora like the beautiful swamp lily, pond apple trees, cypress trees and the impressive sawgrass prairies. Sit quietly with the Everglades native fauna like alligator, herons, exotic birds, turtles and fish. The trip is highly educational, thrilling yet relaxing, and always and adventure!

5.00Captain Joe was outstanding as he took us on the water for this airboat adventure. The diversity of creatures and plants we saw was astonishing. Obviously the alligators are the draw, and in one three minute stretch my wife counted 6 (2 of which we turned around to get a closer look as they were huge! We lost count of how many we saw. What I found amazing was the amount abs variety of birds we flushed throughout the journey, all of them taking wing as we approached. While the views were spectacular, I have to mention that Captain Joe made the trip. When not seamlessly navigating the boat (and at a good pace at that), he would occasionally stop and point something out, or give us some history and insight, or answer questions. Great guy and great at his job. Plus his younger brother joined us, which only added to the fun. I can not recommend this trip or this company enough.
Great way to see the Everglades. Go early.

5.00This airboat tour was small and personal. Instead of being crammed onto a boat with 9 or 10 people, there were only 3 on our tour. We had Robbie as our captain. He was very knowledgeable of the area and explained about the Everglades ecosystems and the animals that lived within. We asked lots of questions and Robbie had answers. Highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an airboat experience in the Everglades. Bucket list item checked for us.
