Explore the Adriatic aboard Lorena, a traditional wooden boat built in 1878 and the oldest active vessel in the region. Captain Marko, an experienced local seaman, knows these waters by heart and loves sharing stories from the sea — with him, you do not need a classic guide, because he is a living book of Adriatic life and history. The Lorena Experience – Food, Sea & Island Stories

Duration:8 hours

Operating Schedule:09:00 – Departure from Gruž Port Meet your crew aboard Lorena and begin your Adriatic island adventure. 09:50 – Arrival to Koločep (Kalamota) Enjoy one hour of free time for swimming, walking, or exploring the peaceful island atmosphere. 10:50 – Departure from Koločep 11:10 – Arrival to Šipan Island We stop for approximately one hour to discover the charm of the largest Elaphiti island. 12:15 – Homemade Lunch on Board A traditional local lunch will be served on board. If the sea is calm and the weather is nice, lunch will be enjoyed while sailing toward the next destination. In case of rougher sea conditions, we will remain anchored to ensure a more comfortable and relaxing meal before continuing the journey. 13:10 – Arrival to Lopud Island Enjoy around three hours of free time for swimming, sightseeing, relaxing on the beach, or exploring the island’s beautiful streets and nature. 16:15 – Departure from Lopud 17:00 – Return to Gruž Port Please note: the schedule may be subject to small changes depending on weather and sea conditions.

Lorena will be waiting for you at the first pier in Gruž Port. You can reach Gruž Port by local bus lines 1A, 1B, 3, 3A, 6, 7, and 8.

Koločep is the smallest inhabited island of the Elaphiti archipelago, known for its crystal-clear sea, hidden caves, and peaceful Mediterranean charm. With no cars and only quiet walking paths lined with pine trees and stone houses, the island offers a true escape into the relaxed rhythm of Adriatic life.

Šipan is the largest of the Elaphiti Islands and has long been known for its olive groves, vineyards, and rich maritime history. The island is dotted with old stone villas, small fishing villages, and beautiful churches, offering visitors an authentic glimpse into traditional Dalmatian island life.

Lopud is a charming car-free island famous for its sandy beaches, palm-lined promenades, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Known for the beautiful Šunj Beach and its rich Dubrovnik summer heritage, Lopud is the perfect place to swim, explore hidden corners, and enjoy the slow rhythm of island life.
