This hike starts from the Wadi (a dry waterway) just minutes from the hotel grounds. You can get an accurate picture of the natural wadi systems, admiring the various shrubs and shrubs in this fertile mountain landscape and the formations of the rocks. The hike ends near an impressive rock formation, which becomes a spectacular natural waterfall in the rainy season. Climb up to discover the abandoned village of Sarab (which is closest to the hotel), the original home of the local people. Some are closely associated with the hotel today. Go on an expedition, go into the houses and put yourself in the life of that time not so long ago. You can get on the gravel path to the main road leading to the hotel.

5.00Very beautiful hike, through mountains and wadi. At the junction go where there are 2 choices of direction, turn right so you continue along the wadi and on the return you will be on the heights. Very well marked route

5.00It was wonderful one day trip to Jabal Akdar it was fun and enjoyable trip. Ienjoyed the off road adventure and hike to AlSuwjara village. This is my first time visiting this Village ., I would like to thank the tour guide Mr. Mohammed he provided me with historical and architectural information throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend taking the tour and I planning to do it again

5.00I really enjoyed this day trip so much because Mohammed Al Hinai from AJ Tourism assisted me so well choosing the right tour for me despite he is currently outside the country. He was constantly available for me to reach online for any concerns etc. He is very kind and funny and connected me to others. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially for tourists coming from Austria, Germany and Switzerland as their standards is above average. And you would enjoy the traditional food selection of chicken, beef and fish along with hummus and bread and unlimited water and other soft drinks and hit beverages which is included in the lunch Expect a spectacular scenery and kind Omani people assisting you throughout. Once again Thank you. Shukran and see you again Inshallah
