5.00Booking a winter group tour always runs the risk of having to reroute due to the weather or the road conditions, and it takes a really great tour guide to keep the tour group happy when that happens . Kenneth was that kind of guide. We took this day trip with a very pleasant group of travelers. The travel company had snow cleats and snacks for us, and we saw so many amazing places, even though the initially planned attractions were not accessible due to the road conditions. We are from California, so we are so happy to have experienced a snowy white Christmas here, and this day trip was the highlight of our stay here.

5.00We didn’t go to Abraham Lake due to road closure. Nothing to blame since it was out of tour company’s control. However, the guide made sure we had a great time. He (sorry forgot his name) was engaging, knowledgeable and super friendly. It was cold and snowy. Shout out to great driving skills to make us feel safe and comfortable. My partner and I both enjoyed the day visiting many other spots where we didn’t plan to. Snowshoeing at Emerald Lake was so fun.

5.00It was my first time to Banff and I travelled alone. It was amazing experience! Thanks Cailyn for prompt communications to help me get prepared on clothing and food (there is no restaurant). Also amazing snowshoeing. Tour guide Jack was so attentive to make sure every group was good, take great photos for everyone. Perfect trip from start to finish.

5.00Had a great time on the tour. The Icefields Parkway is stunning in the winter, and I can’t wait to come back to see it in warmer weather. Our tour guide, Kenneth, did a great job at making sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed (water, crampons). He provided a lot of really helpful information about the area. Yes, it’s a long day, but it’s so worth it. With Kenneth, we had frequent bathroom breaks, he offered to take pictures for people, and even had a hot chocolate/tea treat for us before the ride back to town! Definitely recommend. :)
