Our tour guide Eric was amazing! He took care of us all along the way. We went zip lining, sight seeing and shopping. We had never been in Mexico but Eric made sure we went to all the right places and took us to a fantastic taco stand. I would highly recommend!!

Phone was not operating properly on ship. Long story short .. missed my pick up time for excursion, asked if I could travel to destination by Uber? Was informed that they would not accommodate me even if I got there on my own. Was really bummed out.

This was a great time for our family of 6. We booked this excursion through Viator instead of booking through the cruise line. We got off the ship and took a quick 5 minute walk to our meeting spot. They also called me as we were getting off the ship just to make sure that we didn’t have any questions about where the meeting spot was. Once we met our tour guide we were taken to his car. It seemed a little odd to be in his personal car, but it was likely just because we hadn’t experienced that before. The car was clean and even though we are a tall family (4 of us over 6’) we fit snugly inside. The zip line / suspension bridge was our first stop. It was super clean and well taken care of. They have free lockers to put your personal items in while you are on the course. It’s a beautiful place. After that, we got back in the car and went to La Bufadora. The drive was scenic and our guide fielded our questions about the area. Our guide Jesus was very helpful in navigating each of the vendors and gave some advice about items to buy and what a reasonable price is. We were also met by the company’s boss and wanted to make sure everything was going well. We took pictures and shopped for a bit. Then we headed back to town. We stopped at a neat little taco shop and had lunch. We were happy that our guide was comfortable enough to sit and eat lunch with us. We then were dropped off downtown Ensenada for some additional shopping. This is were we said goodbye to Jesus and just shopped our way back to the ship. About a 15 to 20 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time with Jesus and seeing the city of Ensenada.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. My wife, our three adult children, and I had an incredible day in Ensenada thanks to our tour guide, Erik. He was truly outstanding from start to finish. We started with zip lining and suspension bridges at the breathtaking Los Cañadas Park. Erik gave us great tips, made sure we felt safe, and shared interesting details about the area. After that, we headed to La Bufadora, where he gave us tons of helpful local insight and information that really enhanced the experience. What really set Erik apart was how far he went above and beyond. He made a special stop at a local pharmacy for my wife, and later took us to a local taco shop where we enjoyed the most delicious tacos we’ve ever had. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our day memorable. We even made it back to the cruise ship with plenty of time to spare. All around, this was a five-star excursion, and Erik was literally the best guide we could’ve asked for. Highly recommend!

Our driver Erik was awesome! Very nice and so full of information. We loved the local taco spot he suggested that he takes his own family to. He gave us good advice and made us feel very prepared for our experiences. The zipline camp is REALLY nice. We plan to return with our family and stay there.I highly recommend having Erik drive you around Ensenada

Easy to find out your guide and driver. She was very friendly. We were the only two in the car so it was a very private and enjoyable tour/ride. We also got there first so we didn’t have to wait long for other groups to finish the zipline activity. Which usually takes an hour. She gave us history of Ensenada along the way to las canadas eco camp. Zip lining was amazing. The guys at las canadas were funny and professional. La bufadora was a nice stop too. Lots of vendors trying to get your business. Beware of the blanquita restaurant they will try to rip you off if you don’t keep tab of your bill. Overall this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend viva Baja tours

Our guide, Lucy, was wonderful. The zipline park was great. They were very safety conscious and all the lines were fun. The suspension bridges were challenging but also a great activity to do with our son. The trip to La Bufadora was beautiful and the open market had a variety of shops to visit!

Our tour guide was phenomenal. Picked us up very close to the port and then we drove approx. 25 minutes to the zip line course. She was a great driver while also giving us details about the surrounding area. THE COURSE WAS A BLAST! Enough to get the adrenaline going but was very attentive and safety focused. Once we completed the course we took another 20 minute drive to the geyser. Great shopping and food was YUMMY in the area. We were on a cruise and needed to be back in time before we were left. Our guide made it a priority to ensure we still went through all the sites and got us back in plenty of time. I would 100% recommend this for your trip.
