  Do not book through viator. The company does not accept bookings from viator nor do they have the tours advertised on viator. When we showed up, we were told that if we wanted to book one of the tours through this company, we would have to pay again to book something there in person not through viator.

  Bikes were easy to handle and get into. We saw a manatee and a turtle pop up from the water briefly. The weather was overcast and light rain but we still had fun.

  The activity itself was fabulous. We had a blast on the water. The gentleman who helped us in the water was nice and courteous, but he was no longer around when we came back so we had to disembark on our own. Otherwise, we had a really good time. Would recommend to anyone on vacation who has a casual relationship with time. :-)

  This was fun as always. I’ve previously did kayaking at night in Condado Lagoon, but I preferred this day time Water Bike activity. I felt like I could definitely see more of the beautiful scenery. This activity is not physically demanding at all. I think it’s very relaxing and you can go at whatever pace you please. I recommend water shoes so you don’t ruin any sneakers/ sandals . The process was easy and the instructor was very friendly. We saw a puffer fish and biked over most of the Lagoon. If you’re lucky you might even spot a manatee. Great experience

  Great experience loved everything about it. Very professional and kind! The walk to the lagoon from the location is 20 steps lol

  DONT BOOK! Will cancel on you & not even let you know why. Literally canceled, gave no reason, never answered the phone till AFTER our scheduled appointment time. If you like getting your time & hard working money wasted by all means book them

  I'm giving this experience 3 stars only because I was very uncomfortable. I'm 5'7 for a woman that's pretty tall which means I have pretty long legs. The host was really nice he even adjusted the seat twice however it was still very uncomfortable. I do appreciate his effort.
