Very well organised and professional skiier for all our instruction. Highly recommended! As first time skiers, this was the ideal package to get started. Great way to spend quality family time.

We had an amazing afternoon in the beautiful mountains. Allan was a fantastic instructor dealing with all different abilities in the group. At times it felt like we had a 1:1 lesson. It was my partners first time skiing and by the end of the afternoon he was hooked! Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer! Thank you!

Myself, my partner and another couple decided to do the skiing and sledding activities. We were blown away with the natural beauty of the locations where these activities take place. We took some amazing pictures and have memories for a lifetime. Both our instructors were phenomenal, for the sledding we had Owen, and for the skiing we had West. Both were true gentlemen, very charismatic and informative. We definitely recommend to anyone that would like to do these activities to not hesitate!!

I had a spectacular experience with this lesson! West was an amazing instructor and was able to teach a small group at different levels very well. He was very patient and funny. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn in one of the most beau places on earth!

The staff were very nice, and the instructors were friendly, but my instructor had too many students, which made the experience chaotic. Initially, we were fitted for ski boots, and the staff were helpful. However, we then had to walk to the bus stop, which wasn't far, but crossing the road and boarding the bus in heavy ski boots while carrying equipment was a challenge, especially for a first-timer. On the ski slopes, the area was overcrowded and disorganized. I fell several times, often colliding with other learners because none of us knew how to avoid each other. Despite paying $149, we didn't learn much as the instructor struggled to keep track of his large group. My group ended up hanging at the bottom and attempting to learn on our own, but we kept crashing into others due to the lack of space. My kids did snowboarding, which was slightly better with only three people in their group, but they still faced issues with space and collisions. The lack of organized areas made it difficult to learn without constant crashes. Overall, the experience was disappointing. As a Floridian excited to learn to ski, I was let down and won't be trying again.

The OUTDOOR team created a wonderful experience for my family. Our instructor, Raf, was patient and provided valuable feedback. We had some members who picked up on skills faster than others and he balanced it perfectly. We all felt more comfortable and enjoyed every second of this adventure. I highly recommend this experience.

We were lucky, it was very nice. Our coach Martin was super attentive and gave everything he could to help us. I didn’t know that in one afternoon I would be able to ski without poles, be able to do a few small slaloms and even a mini downhill:-)

It was amazing. Our instructor, West, was really good at explaining the basic and also was pretty funny. I fell a lot of times but it was so much fun. I would love to do it again someday. Thanks!

Coach West was very attentive for beginner. She provided clear instructions and tips for first timer like us. The trip to Bodmi was easy via Merc Van and we can choose many pick up points between Interlaken and Grindelwald. They managed to accommodate our last minute booking on the same day. Ski equipment and clothes are available with many sizes.
