  This was a great experience! We were treated wonderfully and the massage was gentle and amazing. We were so relaxed when we were done. We were traveling via cruise ship and it was about a mile walk to meeting place. It would have been nice if they could have met us at the first gate. We didn’t have internet as that area was blocked. Good communication before tour!

  Unforgettable in the wrong sense of the word. a steam room that is not one. They throw hot water at you. They make you wait 30 minutes. Without heat lying on marble. You're locked up, impossible to get out. You get a scrub without the skin sweating. Anyway, another 30 minutes waiting. We had to rinse ourselves. The lady who gave me the scrub ripped my underwear off. A disaster. Only the massage was very pleasant. Finally the taxi was scheduled for the return. They told us they ordered a taxi and he was coming. 30 minutes later no taxi and no one at the reception. So the taxi is our responsibility. A very bad experience

  The massage was amazing and deserve 5 stars. However, 22 hrs before the booking the tour company IMOHA TOURS AGADIR messaged us to say , they would not be picking us up as they did not pick from Taghazout, even though they took the booking, and we have it on our booking slip as our pick up point. They refused to speak to us on the phone and didn't via WhatsApp . I contacted VIATOR and because it was less than 24hrs they were not interested. The sign of a company is to care about you're customers. In the end we had to chose between , nit going to the hamman and massage and lose £58 or pay £40 for a taxi there and back. To say it spoilt the start of our holiday , is an understatement

  Make sure you bring tip money for the women who scrub you AND for the women who massage you. This is a mixed review. This was the first experience at a Hammam for me and my 20yo daughter. It was awkward at first because the asked us to strip down to our underwear but did not offer us a robe or towel. They wanted us to just strip and then go out of the changing room into the hallway, and then into the steam room. When I expressed my discomfort, they offered us towels to cover ourselves, which we used but the towels did not feel clean. So we went into the steam room, my daughter and I are topless with our underwear on. Your underwear will get wet from all the water they dump on you after they scrub you. Scrubbing was great. Not painful at all. But this is not relaxing by any means. Even when they wash your hair - it’s not like at the salon. They just dump buckets of water over you to rinse out the shampoo. The massage for the most part was fine. My daughter enjoyed hers because I heard her fall asleep. My massage on the other hand was a little weird. Legs, back, arms - all great and relaxing. But when she asked me to turn over, she actually rubbed my breasts for a sec but stopped when I expressed shock and discomfort. I have never had anyone massage therapist touch my breasts before. I asked my daughter if she had a similar experience and she said no. I don’t think this was done with bad intentions. Maybe it was inexperience. Anyway, I appreciated the scrub and most of the massage. I appreciate how hard these women work. But I did not feel relaxed in this experience.
