  The massage was amazing and deserve 5 stars. However, 22 hrs before the booking the tour company IMOHA TOURS AGADIR messaged us to say , they would not be picking us up as they did not pick from Taghazout, even though they took the booking, and we have it on our booking slip as our pick up point. They refused to speak to us on the phone and didn't via WhatsApp . I contacted VIATOR and because it was less than 24hrs they were not interested. The sign of a company is to care about you're customers. In the end we had to chose between , nit going to the hamman and massage and lose £58 or pay £40 for a taxi there and back. To say it spoilt the start of our holiday , is an understatement

  Make sure you bring tip money for the women who scrub you AND for the women who massage you. This is a mixed review. This was the first experience at a Hammam for me and my 20yo daughter. It was awkward at first because the asked us to strip down to our underwear but did not offer us a robe or towel. They wanted us to just strip and then go out of the changing room into the hallway, and then into the steam room. When I expressed my discomfort, they offered us towels to cover ourselves, which we used but the towels did not feel clean. So we went into the steam room, my daughter and I are topless with our underwear on. Your underwear will get wet from all the water they dump on you after they scrub you. Scrubbing was great. Not painful at all. But this is not relaxing by any means. Even when they wash your hair - it’s not like at the salon. They just dump buckets of water over you to rinse out the shampoo. The massage for the most part was fine. My daughter enjoyed hers because I heard her fall asleep. My massage on the other hand was a little weird. Legs, back, arms - all great and relaxing. But when she asked me to turn over, she actually rubbed my breasts for a sec but stopped when I expressed shock and discomfort. I have never had anyone massage therapist touch my breasts before. I asked my daughter if she had a similar experience and she said no. I don’t think this was done with bad intentions. Maybe it was inexperience. Anyway, I appreciated the scrub and most of the massage. I appreciate how hard these women work. But I did not feel relaxed in this experience.

  I was hoping for a relaxing escape, but this visit turned out to be anything but soothing. First, the massage itself was more painful than comforting, and I’m glad I didn’t opt for a firmer pressure the request was for a relaxing massage. Any chance of relaxation was further ruined by constant drilling and hammering—hardly the ambiance you'd expect! On top of that, the experience wasn’t particularly accommodating for a plus-sized guest. Having the therapist laugh about my belly (as a larger size 18 UK lady) was far from professional and made the experience uncomfortable personally. The towels and robes also felt like they were designed for much smaller individuals. For those who are shy, be warned—this treatment is very hands-on. The massage included your boobs. The hammam portion involved full-body exfoliation, hair washing (which nearly had me gasping for air under buckets of water), and intimate areas being touched without much warning. It was an overwhelming experience with little preparation. The tipping situation was equally frustrating. Before we even had a chance to gather our belongings from the downstairs lockers, we were asked for tips, which felt inappropriate and pressured. We would have happily tipped for good service, but this approach left a bad taste. A language barrier made communication challenging, and the excessive foot touching during the massage was not to my personal liking. Overall, this experience was **not for the faint-hearted**, and I would caution anyone looking for a truly relaxing, respectful, and accommodating spa visit.

  Everything was really good, the massage is very deep - hight quality! There is also a transfer offered which makes it easier

  The Hammam was lovely but very hot so prepare for this. The massage was so relaxing, a really relaxing vibe in the room and the masseuse was very good.
