5.00As a solo female travling in Jordan, I wanted a safe, reliable "easy" ride to my hotel from the airport after a long day of flying from the USA. The driver contacted me via Whatsapp and was ready and waiting when I arrived. He was very professional and spoke english - very friendly and the company also helped me with a ride to Petra later in my trip. I would highly recommend.

1.00I am writing to formally complain about my recent airport transfer booking. Upon arrival, the driver demanded an additional 20 JOD, claiming that we were “delayed.” This is completely unacceptable and inaccurate. In fact, our flight arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. When booking the transfer, we were required to provide full flight details specifically so the driver could monitor the flight arrival time and allow sufficient time for immigration clearance and baggage collection. This is the standard and expected purpose of providing flight information. Despite this, the driver still insisted on extra payment, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of us. We were effectively pressured into paying, and this has left us extremely dissatisfied with the service. This behavior reflects very poorly on the service provider and on Viator. We believe we were unfairly overcharged and request that this matter be investigated and the extra 20 JOD refunded. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

5.00Getting through immigration took a long time, and by the time we got through, the 55 mins allowed waiting time had passed and our driver had left. However, Amir - our driver, did return after we contacted the Tour operator. The vehicle was what we had ordered and it was a comfortable ride into the City. We were so impressed that we have asked him to drop us back at the airport in a couple of days.

5.00Used this service for transport both from and to the airport. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The cars were spotless and comfortable. Costs only a few dinar more than an Uber, and guaranteed a classy ride and prodessionalism. Worth it, in my opinion. I regret that I didn't get my second driver's name, but the first, Ibrahim, was excellent.
