5.00We had an amazing experience with RSJAM Tours, and Ryan was hands down the best driver and tour guide we could have asked for. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. Ryan was incredibly flexible and pivoted effortlessly to accommodate all of our wants and needs throughout the day. What really made the experience unforgettable was how he made my birthday extra special—he surprised me by decorating our transportation with balloons, a “Happy Birthday” banner, and even a birthday sash. That level of thoughtfulness and care is rare and so appreciated. Ryan’s hospitality was unmatched. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend RSJAM Tours, and especially Ryan, if you’re traveling to Montego Bay and looking for reliable transportation and an outstanding tour guide. You won’t be disappointed!

5.00We had an amazing time in Montego Bay! Our airport pickup was BEAUTIFUL! I ordered a birthday themed transport package. It came with a birthday decor, personalized cake, big bottle of Rum punch, snacks, and water. I felt like a true birthday QUEEN! Ryan was our driver, he made us feel safe and comfortable each time he picked us up and took us to our excursions/outings. He actually stayed with us EACH time. I loved that about his transportation service. He was ALWAYS there to pick us up BEFORE our pick up time. He is really about his business. His customers service is top tier. Just go ahead and book with RSJAMTOUR! YOU WON'T BE disappointed.

5.00Our experience was great! Our flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours & we still had a driver at the airport, waiting for us upon our arrival. We were on a time crunch to get to our hotel for a wedding so timing was very important & they did not disappoint! Our driver was very pleasant, friendly & helpful.

5.00Where do I start? From the time I booked till the time he dropped me off to go home. Constant communication, felt right at home. Highly recommend to friends and family and will use again next time in Mobay!
