Didn't turn up. We waited in the correct location early before the pick up time for 25 minutes Called them to find out what was happening and was told that the bus was waiting for us which was a lie. Clearly couldn't be bothered to turn up and tried to blame us. Full refund was offered when I mentioned that we called them at the time they were supposedly waiting for us.

We all loved this. My two boys [11 & 13] really enjoyed exploring Butrint. The lunch was good at the restaurant ncr door. Our guide was very knowledgeable and they were super helpful throughout the experience. We had a couple of hours to explore the port town and enjoy some desserts the guide recommended. Try the triple leche! Definitely recommend.

The Albanian side of the trip was great. Friendly guide and lovely people at the cafe. Would have bought more souvenirs if they had them.

The logistics of getting there and back was seamless. Tour guide was good and very knowledgeable and lunch was really nice too. Some of the ancient mosaics were covered due to time of year (only open 2 months in summer). It would have been good if the tour guide could show photos of what is underneath. It would have been good to have a couple of minutes extra at each stop in the ruins to explore. The hour and 40 mins we had in Saranda was a perfect amount of time

This was a solid trip. Well run and delivered exactly what it said. The staff were excellent at moving you along. And the tour guide in Albania was fantastic! A great mix of information and facts. We loved the tour of the ruins at Butrint. If anything, the lunch was the letdown. Dry, overcooked chicken with little flavor. The accompanying rice dish was fine, but if you asked for the vegetarian option that was what you got - rice with some veggies in there. The appetizers were fine but the lunch really was just adequate. Otherwise, a great way to see some interesting sights in a short period of time.

Make sure you take the Butrint option as there is not alot to do in Serene for several hours. Be aware that Butrint will be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Felt that overall, this trip was good value and a good experience. Tour guides were friendly. Interesting to learn about the communist history of Albania and to see Butrint. There’s quite a few steps and uneven ground, as to be expected. Lunch was nice too. Chicken with risotto, salad and bread. You need cash for the drinks. 1.5 hours to wander along the promenade or sunbathe was enough as Saranda is still developing and there’s a lack of shops. Please be aware that on Trip advisor, it says that Saranda port taxes aren’t included. This cost me an extra €20pp. Annoying, as a couple paid the same as me through their hotel (£60pp) and taxes were included.

Very well organized tour, incl.Butrint, we didnt opt for hotel pickup. Bit more time in Sarande woukd be nicer, but we had to catch boat at certain time. National park Butrint was amazing and guide is very knowledgeable

A very well organised tour, accurate to the description. All the transport links - ferry and coach - worked well. Butrint is a very interesting site and well worth a visit. The guide was superb, sharing lots of interesting information about all aspects of Albania's history up to the present day and with detailed information about the archaeological site. The lunch was also very good.

Excellent day trip to discover a piece of Albanian history. Too bad we can't take our time for lunch, that 45 minutes is short when we're at 12. No time to really enjoy and talk. Otherwise, I'm happy, hence my rating.
