3.00We did not procure tickets months before our trip as we should have. We paid 150 euro for the 21 euro ticket which did not arrive until the night before the tour. It was never clear wha train was available to us. The one we saw had a long and difficult line.

4.00This is not any type of guided tour nor audio one. The description says this but it might be overlooked since it shows a meeting place. That sort of confused us as we and others arrived at the die died meeting spot and then wondered what to do. It is only entry tickets to site plus entry to Nasrid palace. You will be assigned a specific time to enter Nasrid - BUT you get no input into what time is best for you. Our timed entry was 16:00 and we had to rush through this because our train departure was at 17:35. Also if there’s a person who is mobility impaired, the person may not be able to have access to all of the site. We had a person on a crutch and could find no ejectors and some of the steps were very high.

4.00The Alhambra is a very particular experience and the " train" ride another, in retrospect I would not link the two. We would have been better to spend the whole day at the Alhambra, taking it all in.

5.00The most memorable part was the Nasrid palace. The architecture is so amazing. I am glad they had posters that showed the restoration history to help me better understand the before and after. There are many step steps to climb and cobbled paths. Don’t miss the gardens on generalife.

2.00It's not worth buying this ride. The tour on the tourist train can be purchased at the stops, for the normal value. We need to buy the headphones. The ideal is to buy in advance on the official website, without intermediaries. The tourist train tickets only arrived after we charged. I did not have a good experience with the Enterprise and we paid expensive. But the walk itself was stunning.

1.00I was trying to buy tickets for Alhambra with palace option on short notice. Most vendors had no availability. When this company let me pick a noon tour time i assumed this was why I was paying a much higher price for this tour. I should have been more cautious about reading the fine print in the terms and conditions that “times were approximate.” I got a confirmation of my noon booking immediately. But when the ticket with entry QR code arrived it was for five PM (long after I had to be returning to my cruise ship). Customer service response was “on short notice 5pm is all that is available”. Presumably they knew that when they took my money with the expectation of an entry mid-day. Five hours is a stretch of “times are appropriate” in my opinion.

5.00Great communication. I tried to get tickets myself but started too late. After two weeks of occasionally looking on the Alhambra website, to find nothing, I paid this tour operator to see if they can still find tickets. We were rather flexible: day 1 any time before 4pm, day 2 any time before 2pm. We were in contact through whatsapp all the time, and on day1 at 10am, we got the call that he had tickets for us three. Tickets were send by whatsapp and the whole process very smooth! You just need to understand that there are actually basically no tickets left, so you might end up with no tickets. In that case they reimburse you. I can definitely recommend this service - not cheap - but your only alternative if you have been too late. We did not use the hop-on hop-off bus, to infrequent. But it was not our point anyway.
