This is hands down my favorite experience/ tour I’ve done in Europe. This is incredibly unique! Getting to work with a Slovenian beekeeper and actually hold the beehive plate felt like a really great way to connect authentically with the culture. I even got to see a new baby bee come out of its cell in the honeycomb! Afterwards, painting the bee plate was also a delightful experience. There’s an incredible view from the hill. Beyond the activities themselves, the service was 5+ stars. I got to ask many questions and I felt like I was being pampered 😂. This is a very very good value for the price. I can’t recommend this enough! I did it solo, but this can easily be a fun group activity. Of course, I didn’t get stung by any bees, even though I was scared. Face your fears and sign up for this activity!
