The tour guide was very good. He is young and loves history. The tour took us to several beaches and the cemeteries. He also provided us with lunch - a sandwich, water, chips and a little desert. This saved us so much time because we did not need to stop at a restaurant and gave us more time to visit the cemeteries.

Tour guide was great and extremely knowledgeable. Lunch was good -tasty French baguette with ham and cheese. Only disappointment was the bus. The bus had very small seats and was completely full so I had to sit on a broken seat that only reclined.

Our guide, Burterand and our bus driver were excellent. We loved Burterand’s information about the area, WWII and the D-day assault. We very much appreciated Burterand sharing his in-depth research on the men and women involved in D-day. The bus was very nice and clean. My back did not agree with the seat but my wife found the seats comfortable. We loved all the locations we visited but it made for a very long day and some of the stops we would have like more time to explore. We would have like to go into the D-day Museum or spent more time in the lower floor of the visitor’s center at the American cemetery. Of course, this would mean less time or not stopping at one of the other locations.
