• Benvenuto Limos and Private Tours Made Rome and Amalfi Sparkle for Us

  While the Amalfi coast is amazing in it's own right, traveling can induce some anxiety when it comes to moving around a country like Italy. I cannot recommend Benvenuto Limos & Private Tours any more highly. Our trip, starting in Rome, ran beautifully starting with airport transportation, to the nighttime golf cart tour Benvenuto recommended (what a blast) to the Colosseum tour to our Vatican and Sistine Chapel tours. And with Amalfi my focus I had neglected to get tickets for the Rome tours. With only 1.5 weeks before our trip, Benvenuto secured us tickets and tour guides. That was amazing! (I could have been in real trouble with my family if we had not had those experiences.) Benvenuto then transported us to Sorrento and picked us up each day to travel us back and forth each day from Sorrento to the little towns across Amalfi. We toured Sorrento and Capri on our own but Benvenuto took us to Amalfi, Ravello, the Emerald Grotto, Positano, to the most wonderful cooking class and then on to an amazing tour of Pompeii ruins. Their drivers, especially owner Giovani, were as polite and professional and as importantly great tour guides in their own right. Italy is amazing but Benvenuto made it sparkle for us.

  We fully enjoyed Enzo's company as he took our group of 5, to Paestum and a local Buffalo Mozzarella farm. He insured we knew exactly where to go, patiencely stopping along the route as we looked for out of the ordinary gifts. He was highly professional, yet engaging making the 2+ hour drive (one-way) interesting and informative. Ask for him, when engaging with Benevento. Note, we made the decision to make this trip in the late evening the night before and the Benvento team made it happen.

  From beginning to end, this experience was magical and professional. Their website is easy to navigate and they got back to me within minutes when I requested a few changes. Our driver, Enzo, is without question the most professional and knowledgeable driver I have ever met. His English is impeccable and he understands every nuance to every situation. He took us to places we never would Have found on our own and made excellent suggestions at each stop. He also made strategic stops along the way for postcard photo ops! I will definitely recommend them, and Enzo, to any of my friends who come to Amalfi looking for an easy way to see all its beauty. You could never do this if you rent a car or scooter! Many thbaks to Enzo at Benevenuto Limos!

  Our driver Maurizio was FANTASTIC. We took the long (and twisty) drive down from Amalfi to Naples with him. He was incredibly helpful, an excellent and safe driver (on the crazy mountain roads) and he shared great information with us. His car was immaculate. Next time we are back in the area, we would love to work with him again.

  What a magnificent day . Our guide Enzo was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to some great spots on the Amalfi Coast and we had lunch on a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view in Ravello.

  I can’t say enough about our picture perfect day. From the moment our driver Enzo picked us up at the port of Naples, we knew we were in perfect hands. Enzo was so knowledgeable about the area and told us some amazing facts and history along the drive to Sorrento. He timed our stops perfectly and took us through some small towns to avoid some morning traffic so we saw even more than we were supposed to! Enzo even reserved a table for us at a restaurant outside of positano that wasn’t crowded at all and was plucked out of a movie. This is the second time I’ve used Benvenuto for drivers in each port, the first being 22 years ago.. nothing has changed, the service is still impeccable.   We had such a great experience with our driver Giovanni. He was incredibly friendly, very funny, and welcoming — from the moment we got in the car, we felt completely at ease and he felt more like family to us. He made an hour long drive fly by thanks to his great conversation and sense of humor. Very professional, and also told us some of the coasts history while we enjoyed the scenery. Most importantly, he made us feel safe and comfortable on those winding coastal roads, an amazing experienced driver. Thank you Giovanni - Adem & Shqipe

  We had a wonderful driver Maurizio who picked us up at Naples port and drove us to Ravello where we visited Villa Cimbrone. Afterwards he drove us to Positano where we walked around the city. Maurizio would stop so we could take in the beautiful views. He was an amazingly good and experienced driver. Due to bicycle races the port area of Naples was closed to automobile traffic. He and his company Benvenuto Travel made sure we would make it back to our ship on time. The company bought us tickets for the ferry from Sorrento to Naples port. A very sure way of getting us back on time. All of us appreciated their concern for us and we appreciate all their attentions. We highly recommend them.

  Enzo was a wonderful guide and driver. He was very patient during our unexpected train delay due to an earthquake near Naples. He was informative, charming, and fun!
