Visit our website to purchase tickets. 4. Download our Let's Roam app from the Play Store or App Store. Register and redeem the tickets there to get started. 5. The app will guide you throughout the tour and the challenges you need to accomplish! 6. For any help or concerns, contact our customer service, and we'll be more than happy to assist you! 1.00The given street address doesn’t exist. No one answered the customer service #. GPS instructions took us to a scary part of Durham and once we arrived at the first stop nothing happened. What were we supposed to find? This was a bust for four adults who usually use iPhones quite successfully. Please refund the price of this hoax to my credit card.

3.00The tour really takes you through all of downtown in an awesome way! We just moved here and used this to find several places we want to go back and check out! The app is very glitchy though, called IT and sorted it out right away - but should not have had to call or hassle because we were not doing anything out of the ordinary.
