What To Expect
Our trekking begins in the heart of the Andes mountain range where we will walk towards the Valle de la Engorda area, where we will have a panoramic view of the San Jose volcano and the Andes, in this place we will take a break to share, take photos and connect with nature. We resumed our way back to the van, recharged with the energy of the mountains.

5.00The hike up the Andes was outstanding. It was an experience one will never forget with all the gorgeous vistas of the snow capped peaks. It was the middle of July, so there was snow all around (winter). The hike was indeed 8k and it was certainly a challenge, but the guides (Laura and Raimundo) were super in guiding the group through the hike, as one was in the lead and one in the rear for those who needed to take more time. All in all, this was an amazing experience for me and my family and I highly recommend this tour. Of note, one needs to be in somewhat considerable shape to do this hike and climb.

5.00Wonderful tour! Great guides and beautiful hike! A fantastic experience. I probably wouldn’t recommend this for experienced hikers, however, as there were many stops and slow pace. But otherwise really enjoyed it!

5.00We had a wonderful day trip with Andres. It was well organized and our guide Andres was great from start to finish. The scenery was spectacular, trekking through rocks and some snow, stopping occasionally to get beautiful photos. We had lunch by a small waterfall area and then upon returning from our hike, there was a beautiful table set with snacks and wine for us to enjoy. Overall, an amazing experience!

5.00Andres and Phillipe were wonderful, fun, & knowledgeable guides. I had an absolutely incredible time on this hike & I cannot recommend it enough! Definitely a highlight from my travels. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
