I really enjoyed this Aqaba street food, culture, and history walk. There were only three of us on the tour, which made it feel very personal and relaxed. Anas, our guide, was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Aqaba. He shared lots of local stories and history while keeping the walk fun and easygoing, and he was always happy to answer questions. We walked through some of the most interesting parts of the city, including Islamic Ayla, the local markets, and the fish market. One of my favourite moments was enjoying karak tea while watching the sunset, and then continuing on to explore more of the city. It was a great mix of history and everyday local life, and nothing felt rushed. The food and drinks were a big highlight for me. I loved the karak tea, the hibiscus slush, the local sweets, and tasting spices at the market. Overall, the experience felt authentic and welcoming, and I learned a lot while enjoying great local flavours. I’d definitely recommend this tour if you want to experience Aqaba in a more local and relaxed way.

I joined the walking tour with Anas and it was amazing! He took me to the local spots and hidden gems of Aqaba. We stopped at the market, had amazing falafel and tea and sweets. I would recommend this tour to anyone

Excellent tour experience in which the whole day was personalized to my experience and I got to do many fun activities centered around historical interests. Also I stayed at the hostel with them and had an excellent experience — very clean, and one day they cooked me a feast for breakfast that was so tasty and authentic.

Best tour in the city to learn about the Arab Revolt, fish market, and street markets. The foods we tried were delicious and the sites we stopped at were wonderful.

This a great walking tour to get a local taste of Aqaba. Along the way, you’ll get to sample local drinks and food. Take in the sunset at the beach, tour landmarks such as the castle, old fish markets, mosque, and souk (open air market). You’ll also learn about the history of the city and culture. Highly recommend this tour.

Nice walking tour with Anas. He showed me around the city and shared many stories. We watched the sunset over the red sea while drinking coffee. He took me to the old market and I got to taste many different things. It was definitely worth it and I recommend this walking tour with Anas.

Anas is very knowledgeable and you get a lot for free during the tour, I’d highly recommend it. He even took me to a Bedouin shop he recommended for a traditional thobe and headscarf and made sure I got fair prices
