  It was fantastic! My wife and I had found years ago that we were not scuba people, but we still wanted to be underwater. We've done helmet diving at three places before in the Caribbean. Vincent and his crew were excellent! Very professional and very soothing, made all of us comfortable (the other 6 had never done this before). He was able to get manta rays to swim by for us to touch. The water was warm, I hate cooler water. At the end, we forgot some of our stuff and he chased us down before the ferry to get it back to us. That was a big relief. It's a little tricky to get there. We had a car in Papeete and took the ferry over for the day. It's about a 30 or 40 minute scenic drive from the port to Aquablue, which is next to where the Intercontinental used to be. Vincent had picked up the other 6 people. Strongly recommended.

  Excellent. It was our first time in Moorea. Vincent messaged us and let us know the correct ferry to take from Tahiti. He picked us up as the ferry terminal and was a tour guide with lots of info to and from the business. My kids are college, high school and elementary and they all actually loved it. The rays were Awesome and we loved all the fish and underwater animals.

  My wife and I went to French Polynesia for our honeymoon and booked a helmet dive excursion with Aquablue. I shared my concerns with Vincent in the morning as it was pouring rain during this wet season. He reassured me that it will not affect the experience at all. He was completely correct as when we dove underwater, we couldn’t even tell it was raining above. This was the best thing to do if you’re rained out. We were the only ones in the morning since another couple cancelled due to the rain. We are very grateful to Vincent for making this a “private” tour even though we paid for a group tour. He is very friendly and took the time to explain everything so that we understood everything. From the pickup to drop off, everything was perfect. • An Unforgettable Underwater Helmet Adventure in Moorea

  Aquablue Helmet Dive - Moorea. This experience was one of our favorite tours we’ve ever been on. this was a fantastic way to get up close with the sealife whilst under the water. Vincent did a fantastic job explaining everything and teaching easy signals to communicate under the water. He was very attentive and was with us the whole way and this made the adventure more impactful because we didn’t have to worry about wandering around on the bottom of the seabed by ourselves. We saw a lot of fish and the star of the show was the huge stingray which we think is in love with Vincent & wouldn’t leave him and the photographer alone, it was quite funny to watch. Don’t think about taking an underwater camera as you just can’t capture these moments yourself. However, the photographer took some amazing photos and a video which you can view and purchase at the end of the tour. At the end of your underwater walk, you have the choice to take your helmet off for an underwater photo or leave it on and arrive back on the boat with your hair nice and dry. This was an amazing experience and we’re so glad we did it in Moorea because the waters were so crystal clear. It certainly was a great day.

  It's An amazing experience for us. The weather is perfect. The staffs were so friendly and professionally. Finally, they showed us all the photos and videos, adding a very interesting souvenir to our trip. I highly recommend that guests visiting Moorea book their tour.

  This is totally worth it. Very safe, very well guided, simple & easy instructions. You just step off the boat with a ladder into shallow 10-12 feet ocean. They out a helmet when you’re going down the ladder. The guide walks with you through the entire tour under water. Just amazing experience. And no dont know how to swim, but still had a great experience

  Vincent and his team were amazing. We were picked up from our hotel and then went out on the boat. Even though the weather was a little gray and rainy, being underwater was amazing. Vincent communicated all instructions very well and was with us the entire time under water, checking that everyone was doing ok. I would highly recommend this fun activity and would absolutely do it again!

  This experience was the highlight of our time in Moorea! As a not very strong swimmer and snorkeler, this was a fantastic way to get under the water and up close with the sea life. Vincent did a fantastic job explaining everything beforehand and teaching easy signals to communicate under the water. It was raining the day we went but you would never know it once we were in the water. We saw a lot of fish and got to hang out with the string ray that made sure she was the star of the show! Vincent was amazing throughout the trip and we are so grateful for the time we spent with Aquablue. Do not hesitate to book this unique experience!

  We did the helmet dive with a group of 7 people. There were 3 employees with our group - 2 helped in the water and 1 on the boat. They were all super kind, helpful, and patient. We split our group in half and went in two groups, each for 30 minutes. Everyone was able to put the helmet on and walk and sit on the ocean floor with no problems. It was a great way for non-divers to experience being under the water and able to breathe. It gave a special opportunity to look at the fish swimming around us all. Our group really enjoyed the experience and everyone was very happy to have participated. They also will take photos and videos during the helmet dive that you can choose to purchase if you would like.
