Aqualava Waterpark
In Aqualava they take care to be respectful to the environment. Therefore and because we want to enjoy the whole year, the pools are heated through geothermal energy. Aqualava's areas and attractions are suitable for all ages, including the smallest of the house. The highlights of the park are: Aqualava Beach: You will feel like on the beach in this wave pool with salty water, the only one in Lanzarote Corsario Bay: Several slides, ramps and water depth adapted to the smallest ones, but Beware the Octopus! Timan Fire: Only for the bravest! Feel the adrenaline in our five amusing slides, with numerous loops Magma River: Sail on this lazy river with doble or single floats Restaurant & Shop: To enjoy the whole day without fail, you can make a pause in the Restaurant Timi Kitchen with live cooking shows and varied buffet, or enjoy a fruit juice or an ice cream in Timi Shop. Here you can also bring a souvenir of our pet Timi

Overall a great experience. Arrived around 11 and no queue to get in. Lockers were easy to use and loos very clean. A small waterpark but plenty to do for all ages. Our son is 9 so we didn't use the area for younger children but it looked excellent. Wave pool and lazy river were great. Flumes were great fun and varied. A couple are quite tough on the back but fun. Queues were never long although by the end of the day we did have to start waiting for the rings. A few more available would make a big difference. The floors are a bit spiky which is actually very smart as discourages running and falling so good to have flip flops. Whole area felt clean and well maintained. Used the loos later in the day and they are clearly cleaned regularly as still lovely and clean. Only real downside was the wait for food. The food is standard fast food type so expect it to be ready quickly but a birthday party was happening at the time so our food actually took 40 minutes. Plenty of tables in the shade however which was nice. We had a great day and I think it is an excellent waterpark for its size. Would recommend.

Overpriced for what it is. Not nearly enough inflatables for the lazy river or the slides. Kids (8 & 10) thought it was OK. Stopped us going on slides a good 20 minutes before the park closed despite it being fairly quiet.

Absolutely devastated! Was told to leave my child’s lunch at the reception and to collect when he was hungry. He is 7 with multiple anaphylactic allergies, travelling is hard enough, social exclusion, lack of food etc. I showed them his epi pens and medication but they did not allow us to take a single bit of his food in. When I went to get the food for him to eat with us at lunch time I was told WE NEEDED TO EAT OUTSIDE IN THE STREET!!! I literally begged them to allow him to join us just inside the gate, visible from the reception but the refused! My son’s face said it all. I couldn’t face going into disability legislation with him next to me so we sat in the street. Paid a fortune and then sat in the street so my son’s could eat! Utterly devastated

A very fun afternoon out with great slides for the kids. Also the wave machine was fun too. Would say better for kids under 10. You can get lockers there.

The toddler water feature was broken - dry slides causing friction burns, no spraying water etc. Not advised of this issue before purchasing our ticket. Arrived at 1:30pm under the impression by their website saying a discounted price between 1-5pm to be told it is for birthday parties. Was charged full price for 3 children 1 adult £81! However when I requested a refund she was happy to give me "the discounted price" for these times. I refused and received a full refund and left after 40 minutes of being in there. Had about 4 main slides, a lazy river that was very shallow. One slide the water was green. The wave pool was clean. No noticeable lifeguards anywhere apart from on the main slides. The lifeguard their seemed to not care about height restrictions as many shorter children were seen going on the big slides way under the height restrictions. Not very busy. Food prices looked expensive from the signs. In my opinion complete waste of money. Much better water parks available for this price with working facilities.

The experience has been awesome! Clean and well-kept facilities, very fun slides, more than plenty of sun loungers, very rich and good quality food. But none of this compares to the professional attention received by all the staff, from Veronica who welcomed us with her kind smile to each of the waitresses and rescue workers. We went to enjoy the birthday of a girl in the family, and it was an unforgettable day. We hope to come back safe!

We had unlimited access to this as part of our hotel deal and I would recommend this if offered and staying locally rather than paying each visit. We visited 4/5 times during our week stay and always went between 2-5pm and found it quiet. Bought food a couple of times cheese panini and chips were fine, crisps/ice creams bit pricy but your on holiday so to be expected. Wave pool comes on every hour for about 10 mins, pool is cold initially but once in its fine, splash pool for kids with bucket splash is good for younger kids, lazy pool is fine also and the slides were really good considering there were no queues, would find it hard if coming for the day to not get bored after a while but would recommend for a few hours. Lockers were available for 4 euros and showers/changing rooms free, was a kids area also but never used this
