  I went with daughter and 12 year old son, had an amazing experience, getting to see all the fish in their natural environment and the ship wreck , and head phones given for information, photo taken on the submarine, optional if u want to pay for it 8 euro , we did as don't think we will get an experience like that in the UK

  If you are clostraphobic you will be ok as there is plenty of space to move around. The captains are very pleasant and there’s no fear there at all

  A brilliant experience for the kids - their minds were blown. They saw barracudas, stingrays and more. My son was amazed by the shipwrecks and the shoaling fish - and delighted to get a photo in the cockpit!

  First, it must be said that the submarine tour is recommended. Should have been done. The "around" was unfortunately chaotic. Pick up by bus 20 min. late, return 15 min. late. This is basically no problem if the communication fits. That was completely missing on arrival and departure. Nothing is explained, everything has to be asked. You have to register by link (but only at the bus which leads to delays), tickets are forgotten to hand out etc. Maybe it was just a bad day but that should not happen. In the hustle and bustle, the kindness was unfortunately lost. Here's "air up"

  Seen fish in abundance at top of water before we even got near submarine so expectations were high,however,it was a huge let down as all we seen was the exact same fish before the dive started and couple of small ship wrecks which seem staged in my opinion.all in all its an abselute rip off unless you have young kids that would love to say they were in a submarine because other than that it's just a huge waste of time and loss of money.

  Family of 4 adults. We booked online and found the booking process easy to do. We were delighted to see there was a free bus pick up with a unique bus which I’m sure little ones would like. The whole submarine experience was brilliant with a safety briefing to start. Once onboard there is plenty of room to sit and see through windows, there are headsets in a chosen language which is better then listening to multilingual speakers. It was very informative with a stop half way to enable people to get up and have a walk around and even see through the front and back. There are lots of fish to see, you won’t really see more than small fish but this was a good experience. I think if we did it again, we would probably make our own way there and back. We were staying in Puerto del carmen and told to be at the bus stop at 11am, the bus didn’t come until 11:25, the return bus said to meet at 13:25 and we didn’t actually get on the bus until 13:55, this was quite a lot of hanging around for us. I would take the opportunity to make your own way back afterwards as it would give time to explore Puerto Calero and maybe have some lunch as it looked a lovely place, we daren’t move too far from the ‘bus stop’.

  We took part in the Submarine Safari today and were absolutely thrilled! Everything – from purchasing the tickets to the end of the tour – was perfectly organized. We went to the ticket office spontaneously and were lucky enough to join the very next tour. The dive into the Atlantic Ocean was an amazing experience! Thanks to the multilingual audio guide, we also learned many interesting facts about the sea and its fascinating underwater world. Before the dive, each guest had a souvenir photo taken in front of the submarine, which can be purchased afterward. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and helpful service: my diving certificate needed to be updated due to my recent name change after getting married – it was done immediately and without any hassle. As a wonderful surprise, we even received the photo in front of the submarine as a wedding gift – such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! A big thank you to the entire team for this fantastic experience and the outstanding service – we can highly recommend the Submarine Safari to everyone! 🌊🤿💙

  Absolutely amazing experience, loved every minute of the trip. Staff were amazing, trip was amazing everything about it was amazing. I can't recommend a trip on the sub enough. Such a unique experience. Well worth the money!

  It was amazing to go under water on the submarine and see all the ship wrecks and fish. It's a wonderful memory to have of lanzorote. Ive never been on a submarine before.
