Casa Museo del Campesino
After a transfer of about 20 minutes from your hotels, we will meet the rest of the group at the Monument to the Peasant. Located in the geographical centre of Lanzarote in the municipality of San Bartolomé, the House-Museum of the Peasant is the work with which César Manrique recognises the efforts of the peasants of Lanzarote. From the bus we will see the Monument to Fertility, also known as the Monument to the Peasant. It is a construction of more than 15 metres, created by César Manrique together with the master Jesús Soto, from old water tanks from ships, iron and concrete objects assembled together, a magnificent reflection of avant-garde art, which has become one of the iconographic symbols of the island.
La Geria
We leave the Monument behind us and in about 30 minutes we will arrive at La Geria, a peculiar area of the island of Lanzarote where vineyards abound. With a volcanic landscape and arid land, the quality of its wines is surprising. It is unusual to find vineyards in such a terrain. We will stop at a winery to taste a shot of this wine.

Fantastic tour! My only comment is that you can skip the last stop that was a photo op near the port. It was some kind of sculpture. We didn't get out of the bus. Seeing the volcanoes up close was an amazing experience!

A great tour, we have seen so much! But: the tour guide could not speak German so well, but super English. The explanations would have been better in English. The double-decker bus was full, 80 guests. It made it a little stressful. Tip: for the ride in the Timanfaya Mountains, you should not be afraid of heights and have a robust stomach, but it was really unique.

Great way to see some highlights while in port on a cruise. Meeting point was a short walk from ship. Sarah, our guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. Driver navigated some tricky driving with skill.

This was a 5 hour tour picking up at the cruise terminal. The guide was great with commentary in Spanish, English and German. The tour was amazing and at times exhilarating. Top deck views from the bus were excellent and at times heart in mouth stuff as we travelled along the edge of the road. A great way to see the volcano areas of Lanzarote

We had a wonderful trip with Vanessa. We have seen a lot and always got great information about the island. In short: the excursion with Lanzerote guides is really highly recommended!!!

It was a very different place to visit because of it being a volcanic island. The way they grow grapes w very little water. The driver was amazing how he maneuvered around the very small volcano park roads. We did have an issue with the air system on the bus, but half way we switched busses. Also first bus literally had no leg room at all, our knees touched the back of the person in front of us. Second bus we had so much more room. Over all compared to what the ship would charge for this 4 hr tour it was a great value for the money.

It was a wonderfully organized trip with great sights and competent support! Despite problems with the air conditioning of the double-decker bus, a quick and uncomplicated solution was found (provision of two replacement buses at the next stop)! Very well managed.
