The tour will head north on US 191 passing the entrance of Arches National Park which was designated as a National Monument before being changed to a National Park in 1971. Our special use permit allows us to enter the back door to Arches via Willow Springs Road. Along this backcountry route, you'll travel through the new area of the "Utah Raptor State Park". Here where Native Americans lived back in history for thousands of years you'll see dinosaur tracks and enjoy the views of the La Sal Mountains. The Park lies atop an underground salt bed that is responsible for the arches, spires, and sandstone fins. Several of the stops include Eye of the Whale(Backcountry), Balanced Rock(Pavement), Sand Dune Arch(Pavement), Delicate Arche Viewpoint(Pavement), and the Windows Section(Pavement). The trip length is approximately 4 hours duration. All vehicles are Jeep Rubicons which are enclosed and air-conditioned.

This was a really fun experience. We got to see places of the park that we normally wouldn’t get to if we were not on a private tour. The off Roading was really cool. The one thing I would say is that it is very bouncy in the car as you were going over the rocks. You will want to keep that in mind. It’s not for everyone but the payoff is great.

We had a great day in the Arches park. Our guide Mark was excellent. Very informed and eat going. We meet a nice couple from Florida as our jeep companion. There air conditioned jeeps were fantastic. Mark showed us a number of arches that we would never of seen if we went by ourselves. If you only have enough time to do one thing, we would highly recommend Adrift Adventures.

We loved it! Mark, our tour guide and driver, gave us an awesome Jeep tour of the Arches back country areas and many of the most popular Arches spots. We did the early morning (7am) tour to beat the heat. Mark shared interesting information and stories, and drove expertly through the challenging back country.

We went on a roundtrip through the USA with our (Dutch) family of four. We were two days in Moab and we chose to do this trip and it was a very good choice! We met our guide (Ric) and then we got in the Jeep. Because we were with four persons (+guide) there were no other persons in our Jeep. We went in to the national park through an other entrance then the main one. The way was rough and it was very fun to be on a path (if you could call it a path) where you only could come with such a vehicle. Ric took us to many places to do a little hike if we wanted to. He also came with many photo idea's he wanted to take for us and brought me (15) and my brother (17) to the arch to stand under it, while my mom and dad were at a distance to take a photo. Ric took us to some more popular and more crowded places, but he also took us to places/arches where nobody was, because you couldn't come there without something like a Jeep. In the Jeep we talked a lot while going to other places and Ric had lots of water bottles in the back to stay hydrated. It's fun to talk to an American when you're not from there, so the ride wasn't boring at all. After about 4 hours Ric took us back to our car and said good bye (and recommended us some places to eat dinner). Overall it was a very fun (and bumpy) ride!
