What To Expect

5.00Great trip! Stunning views of the canyon, turquoise waters and blossoming boreal forest. Our guides Mariko and Ricardo were fantastic, very knowledgeable and very passionate about what they do. They took great care of us and showed all the beautiful places along the river. Mariko is also very knowledgeable in local flora and fauna, learned a lot from her. Definitely recommend!

5.00Had a great time on our tour. Miles Canyon is breathtaking and not to be missed. Nice length ( a bit over 3 hours). Very personable and knowledgeable guides. One note - while advertised as easy and flat, there were some elavation changes and one scramble up some rocks. We're in our 60s and in decent shape and got through it ok, but by thr end I was regretting not taking the offered walking sticks, although I just grabbed a l9ose branch for maybe the last mile. Lots of opportunities for spectacular pictures!

5.00With one day left in Whitehorse, I was searching for a way to enjoy the outdoors on what was to be the sunniest day of my trip. Arctic Range Adventures replied to my query promptly and added me a to a small-group hiking excursion in Miles Canyon. They picked me up at my hotel, made sure I was suitably attired and immediately set an upbeat tone for a thoroughly pleasant afternoon. Guide Sofia was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and saw to it that everyone got the best views of the spectacular canyon and that we all had fun while learning a little on the way.
