What To Expect
This is a unique opportunity to explore traditional Argentinian culture and cuisine through a private, online empanada cooking class with a Buenos Aires resident. Your 90-min online cooking class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list. This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructor Gabriela. You are encouraged to cook alongside Gabriela and will be able to ask Gabriela any questions as you prepare your delicious Argentinian empanadas (meat and vegetable fillings) and chocolate torta. Your host is flexible with time so if you have a different time-slot you prefer, please inform us when making your booking.

5.00Gaby was tremendous fun. We learned how to prepare delicious empanadas, but the experience was so much more. Gaby has a very warm and welcoming personality - it was like spending the afternoon with an old friend. There were lots of stories and lots of laughs. Her class was definitely a highlight of our trip and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
