1.00Like the other reviewer, I got a text the night before my shoot asking me to reschedule due to “something important” that came up. I agreed to a new date and time. On the day of my shoot, the photographer arrived to my hotel later than the agreed upon time and he still needed to set up. Twenty five minutes after he arrived, I was told there was an issue with the food. I continued to wait and then was told they needed to cancel my shoot and I would be refunded. They blamed it on the hotel being busy and another person who was supposed to secure the food order. This was on the last day of my trip so I was very disappointed. I have yet to be refunded.
