5.00Jason was absolutely amazing! We weren’t quite sure what we were getting into but we had a great time. We weren’t able to get in the natural pool but the views were worth the bumpy ride! Jason might’ve even convinced us to come back next year!

5.00Wow!! Words cannot express how thrilling this excursion was. The best experience I’ve ever had in any islands the views, the adventure, the tour guide Jeff and Sergio were absolutely extraordinary if you’re doing the ATV tour, please buy the glasses/ goggles!!! lol!!! the ATV writing is on X game mode and you will be full of sand!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone that goes on the island truly breathtaking views the best empanadas with hot sauce and historical facts throughout the entire tour just makes this so much better

1.00Disappointing, what was promised was far from reality... everything was rushed, the guide was friendly but explained little. There was no snorkeling, the pond was almost a puddle… and the natural bridge consisted on natural ruins…. The price didn’t match the experience. I felt cheated and my friends too.

1.00The tour was far from good — it was actually very disappointing. First, our guide, Richie, never clearly explained what we were seeing. We were supposed to visit a natural pool in the ocean, but we never got to see it because access was closed. We were not informed of this beforehand, nor were we offered the option to reschedule. We were also supposed to go snorkeling, which did not happen. In addition, the natural bridge we were told we would visit was in ruins, and this was not communicated to us either. Overall, the experience was very poor and quite disappointing.

5.00Magic Mike made the tour go beyond what a usual tour would. If you dont go with him you are missing out. If you have complaints with him, you need to write it on the back of a $100 bill and let him know.

5.00My wife and I were honeymooning in Aruba and looking for an excursion to Arikok NP and some other places of the like. We found this and after doing it we did not regret it! We were actually moved to the UTV tour that included a jeeping portion. The price we paid was well worth it as we embarked on an about 3.5 hour excursion to various points of interest like the California Lighthouse, the Ruins of the Natural Bridge, and of course the Arikok NP Natural Pools. Our tour guides Rudolph and Jason (our specific tour guide during the excursion) were super informative, provided great customer service, and of course, friendly. If we come back to the beautiful island of Aruba or know of someone looking for an exciting and memorable time we for sure will be referring them to De Palm Tours!

5.00My Wife and I took the combination Natural Pool & Side By Side 4x4 with Jeyson & Sergio. We had a fantastic experience. Jeyson was a great tour guide and very funny. Sergio was a great driver and make sure we were all very safe during both the visit to the natural pool and when driving the 4x4 around the island. I would do this again anytime I visited Aruba.

5.00Our tour guides, Ziggy and Jeff were wonderful. They were fun and made us all feel very welcome. The tour was great as usual…(our third time visiting the Natural bridge and Natural Pool.). The ride to the bridge and pool was as bumpy and as fun as advertised! These guys are real pros at what they do. We highly recommend this tour!
