I am so distressed The horses are malnourished- hip bones sticking out, coats dull, shoes falling off (actually shoes on some feet, and none on others) I am upset I participated in the activity as when they took the saddle off after the ride and I saw how skinny the horse was- I almost cried Food needs to be sent and these horses need to be rescued

Had a lovely early morning ride. Horses were fresh and ready to go. Wind in your hair and sun on your back with lots of lovely canters. A great way to start the day.

We had the most incredible experience visiting Rancho Notorious! It was very easy for us to find. Download Maps.Me it is super helpful to navigate around the island. The ranch is family owned and I love that they have kept it small because it is a much more personable experience. Once we arrived we were greeted, we signed waivers and received instruction based on our knowledge and capabilities with riding. Do yourself a favor and be honest about your riding experience! They are super helpful and attentive! Our tour guide made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable. He had been riding and around horses since he was 4yrs old and you could tell he absolutely adores the horses and takes very good care of them. We rode western on Victoria and Dolly and got to trot and canter through the canucu and over sand dunes! The scenery was breath taking! We took lots of pictures and our guide took some videos and pictures of us as well! All in all 10 out of 10 recommend visiting Rancho Notorious when in Aruba!! It was a great experience and wonderful memories made!

As current horse owners we were happy to see the horses in such good care. Barn staff knew the horses personalities and was able to match ride and horse perfectly. Our guide Nelson was very attentive to our safety. The ride on the beach was beautiful but it would be nice for the Arubian government to see to cleaning up the pollution that tourists and cruise ships bring to the beach. We enjoyed our morning ride and would recommend Rancho Notorious to others.

Rock was absolutely amazing at El Paseo Rach Hoofs of Hope ❤️ He made sure we felt safe and got the best out experience! He even walked the whole trip on foot to ensure the horses and us were comfortable. The horses are well trained and so sweet. This ranch is beautiful and the horses are well kept and treated with so much love. They all love Rock. His dog even joined us for the trail ride! Highly recommend this!

Nester was our guide. He was fantastic but didn’t speak much English which is the language we requested for our tour. We loved our horses and were able to gallop across the beach in our advanced tour. Would definitely recommend!

Pretty fun time. After we booked we were told we were too far away to be picked up, they only pick you up if you stay at the resorts, which kinda stunk but it was ok. Nelson our guide was very nice and showed us a great time! We liked the 7am ride, for the 10am ride would have been really hot. They used English stirrups on a western saddle which made it a bit difficult to hang on, but the ride was still fun. Overall it was fun. The people who worked there were very warm, welcoming and pleasant. Nelson stopped at very nice areas and took our picture. which was so nice of him. Overall I recommend.

All I can say is WOW! The island of Aruba is a beautiful island with wonderful climate which is why we have been visiting every other year since being introduced. This was our first time seeing the island from a different perspective - on a horse!!! We went to the edge of the island and shared some wonderful photos on an isolated beach. Would recommend early morning or sunset ride when there is less sun or make sure to wear sunscreen. Tour guide was very friendly and informative.

Imagine getting up at 5:30 am to be in the hotel lobby by 6:30 and the van not showing up. They wrongly assumed because I had a rental car that I would bring my daughter although I never agreed to that. The said they sent me email notification but I never got it. Also I was charged for 2 riders even though only my daughter rode. I should not have been charged for 2. I tried to resolve this matter and avoid writing this but they had no interest. What they are not saying is I actually did go there the day before to make sure the manager knew I wanted the van to come. So basically a day of vacation was wasted we drove to the place and when I tried to cancel Rancho Notorious called. They offered to let my daughter ride at the 5 pm sunset ride but did not offer for a second rider to ride. So my daughter paid twice as much for her ride. The ride was ok but I’m not sure it was worth double the price. I’m writing this in the hopes no one else goes through this. They should understand that if the decide not to pick you up when they have told you they are coming they should call or make sure the message was received. Also it doesn’t seem fair to charge one person double. Physician in Maryland
