  We did a very detailed market research before closing any tour, mainly on Rua Caracoles, where there are several agencies. We evaluated the options, prices and offers a lot, but in the end, what really made the difference was the confidence we felt in We Love Chile’s service. We were treated by Débora, Bia and Bismarck, who were simply amazing from the first contact. Even before we closed, we were treated with a lot of attention, patience and transparency. When we decided to go personally to the agency, we were even more sure of our choice. The service made all the difference — we felt safe, welcomed and well oriented in every detail. Besides, being Brazilian brings more comfort, right? There is that little way that makes us feel at home, especially being in another country. That meant a lot for our decision. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Whenever we had doubts, they responded super fast, with clarity and willingness to help. They were also very agile when we needed to make changes, which further demonstrated the commitment and organization of the team. Without a doubt, it was the best choice we could have made.   We arrived in San Pedro do Atacama without any trip reservation. We went to several different agencies to make the trip budget and we were very well received by Beatriz, Débora and Bismarck. Débora and Bia made our script, without commitment, and explained everything we needed to know. We closed with the we love and it was a great decision. We went on 7 different tours, including the salar of uyuni, and it was all sensational. We had support for almost 24 hours and everything went wonderfully well.

  I would like to congratulate we love for the professionalism and quality of the tours, both in Santiago and San Pedro. The guides are very nice and attentive and the tours surprised us positively because it was much better than we expected.

  Astronomical tour with is magical! Seeing all the stars was exciting along with all the learning through Astrocoya. Also since, I have done all my tours in Atacama with We Love: valle arcoíris, laguna cejar, valle de la luna, geyser, ruta de los salares and red stones. Ruta de los salares touched differently on me. The route is beautiful! Thank you for Bismark's impeccable care at the physical agency in Atacama. It's a darling!

  We Love's service was great from start to finish. Super attentive and available to solve any doubts. The astronomical tour is also a rich experience. The high point is the starry sky and the two photos that are taken on site. As an opportunity for improvement, I believe that the final picnic has potential for improvement, which would make the ride even better.
