He organized the transfer on hurgada with a private minivan; he made us the beautiful surprise of a sunset felucca tour offered by him, extraordinary! Thanks Sayed, added value of the holiday!

  We disembarked yesterday from a wonderful cruise on the Nile. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail: from the airport transfer, to the guided tours with excellent guides (special mention to Shaima in Luxor, the best!) and above all to the availability and kindness of Sayed, who was fantastic at handling everything perfectly. The ship was gorgeous, the rooms were well-kept and with a lovely balcony and the sun desk had very comfortable deckchairs with large cushions to enjoy sailing on. Also positive mention for the staff, they were all extremely kind and the food was always great and very varied.   I was looking for a cruise on the Nile and spoke with Sayed about the services he offered. He was very professional and patient despite all the questions and requests I had. He booked for us the Nile cruise as well as all the excursions: Abu Simbel, Aswan (Philae, High Dam, Elephantine Island, Unfinished Obelisk), Kom Ombo, Edfu, Hot Air Balloon, Luxor East Bank and West Bank. We were able to take full advantage of these places because he and his team are truly trusted people. We had almost every time private visits and it was very pleasant! The guides we had on the different sites had real explanations, were very kind and patient, gave us free time after the different information we received, and even offered us to take pictures! As for the cruise, the boat is very beautiful and modern, the staff very friendly, and regarding the food: it is very varied and changes with each meal. I really thank Sayed for his involvement, because it made this part of our trip perfect after 2 years of preparation! I’m really happy to have booked with him and made the right choice.   Amazing experience. Sayed was extremly helpful and kind. He was there with assistance and advice both before and after the cruise. The cruise was also great. They give you private guides and it covers all the major sites in Luxor, Aswan and in between. The food was also good. Truly value for your money.

  If you need help to plan the trip of your dreams to Egypt, book your tour with Mr. Sayed!!! When we first started planning, it was so overwhelming with all the options for tours but he helped us through every step with details so we understood exactly what we were getting. In fact, he began helping us a month in advance of booking and was very prompt, professional, and trustworthy with all his suggestions. Not only did he give us the best recommendations, he also organized our private tours with amazing guides which allowed us to be more flexible with our timing and program. To add to that, the guides he gave us spoke English very well and were pleasant company to have. He was also very helpful in resolving issues we had with our room because they initially gave us the wrong room on the cruise but he was able to take care of that immediately without any hassle on our end. Then during our time in Luxor, he personally met with us and was able to spend a wonderful evening on the felucca (wooden sailboat) which became one of our favorite moments during our trip and was a nice touch on his part to accompany us for this activity. Overall, our trip was so wonderfully organized and enjoyable, due to the assistance of Mr. Sayed, that we will 100% use again or recommend his services to anyone who is looking to have a trip to Egypt that they will never forget!   This trip is the ultimate "all in one" Nile River cruise for a private tour. We went in April 2024 as a couple from Luxor, got to see all the most important temples and sites, including hot air balloon on the 2nd day, what an experience! We were picked up by competent guides who always had water and even snacks for us ready. We bypassed all the large groups since we were visiting as a couple. In general, I recommend choosing private tours if you can afford it, the group tours we came across seemed very hectic and impersonal... As we were only 2 people for this tour, it was much easier to take our time to understand everything the guide was saying, take pictures and videos, etc... We could also request skipping an activity / adding another one, and the tour guides always gave us 15-30 minutes for ourselves, so after explaining the history and background of a temple or site, we were able to go and look at everything more in detail. In between activities, we relaxed on the boat's rooftop by the pool. There was a good variation of food at the buffet. Side note: we never drank tap water or drinks with ice, we ordered club soda / mineral water without ice. We also brushed our teeth with mouthwash, avoided drinking or using the tap water except for washing our faces or showering (important to avoid swallowing tap water which can lead to bad stomach illness). We also brought sanitizer everywhere with us, which we frequently used, especially after exchanging cash. Avoid salad and uncooked food, that's my advice. Sounds a bit exaggerated, but well worth it, nothing worse than feeling ill in 40 degrees Celcius weather :) All in all, I highly recommend this tour if you have only a week's time but want to experience as much as possible, this is the best tour to combine with 1-2 days visit of the Giza pyramids and you will see everything Egypt has to offer without feeling tired or stressed. One thing we really liked is that we were also well "protected" from the beggars and street sellers by the tour guides, everyone also knew them as they run these tours daily, so this made the experience even more comfortable. All cars were air-conditioned and every tour guide made us feel welcome right from pick-up. Mr. Sayed (Tour Operator) answered his Whatsapp Messages within minutes every time we needed anything or had any specific questions or requests. He even offered us a meal for our last day at the best restaurant in Aswan! Even pick-up times were flexible, the goal was to discover but also to relax as much as possible. The entire tour does require a bit of walking in the sun, so remember to bring sunscreen and protection such as hat or at least sunglasses. Also,remember to always bring cash along for tips and extra tickets. It's not much in monetary terms when converted to EUR/USD/GBP but it's something to keep in mind. Based on our experience, these are the tips you should foresee 50-100 Egyptian Pounds (1-2 USD) for taxi drivers or bell desk staff, 100-200 (2-3 USD) for drivers, 250 (5 USD) or more for the full day tour guides (depending on how well they treat you, you can give more, it's at your discretion). Tips were mostly expected, but not mandatory everywhere. If you are from the US, you will be fine with this, visitors from other parts of the world might not be used to it. Conclusion: Highly recommend this tour for couples or small groups. if we come back to Egypt, we will book with Mr. Sayed. If you have a week, do the 5 or 7-day tour, if you want to get the most out of Egypt in the least time, book the 4-day tour and you can do 2-3 days Giza & Saqqara.

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Fantastic Nile River Cruise with Family

  We arranged a Nile River Cruise with extended family (12 people in total) and we had a wonderful experience. From the planning stages onward, communication with Sayed via WhatsApp was timely and excellent. He was very flexible with tour planning and accommodated our changes easily. Several family members had travel delays flying from the USA to Egypt and on short notice, he was able to arrange separate transportation for them to join our group including 2 extremely late arrivals in Luxor who needed to be driven overnight to catch the ship in Aswan. The ship crew were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the variety of food provided. Sayed arranged several day tours for us including many of the major sights around the area. Day 1: High Dam, Nubian Village, and Philae Temple. Day 2: Kom Ombo Temple and Edfu Temple with a carriage ride. Day 3: Hot air balloon ride over Luxor, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple. Day 4: Hatshepsut Temple, Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon, and sunset felucca sail on the Nile River. Different guides were provided for our private family tours based on the location of the sites being visited. Their language skills ranged from adequate to excellent, and all were good to excellent except the person in Edfu who seemed a little distracted and disengaged. We greatly appreciated the assistance they provided with entry tickets, expedited access, and coordinated transportation. They ensured no one was left behind or got lost, and they were particularly helpful when faced with big crowds or complicated queues (e.g., accessing Valley of the Kings, and getting us to the sunrise hot air balloon ride). If you're considering a trip to Egypt, you should strongly consider working with Sayed and Aqua Egypt Tours!
