What To Expect
EN French activity: for a little more than an hour, we DE r efer the different stages DE chocolate making from DE zero....DE la bean to the bar, you will receive cocoa seeds to peel and grind by hand! We will taste chocolate made from 100% DE cocoa and you will make your own DE cocoa tea - a strange taste that has little to do with classic chocolate! But that’s not all: during the workshop you will have the opportunity DE make yourself 3 bars DE Chocolat Artesanal to take back with you as well as a detox cream for the skin based DE cocoa to try on the hands or face!
