5.00Had a great time on the tour. The Icefields Parkway is stunning in the winter, and I can’t wait to come back to see it in warmer weather. Our tour guide, Kenneth, did a great job at making sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed (water, crampons). He provided a lot of really helpful information about the area. Yes, it’s a long day, but it’s so worth it. With Kenneth, we had frequent bathroom breaks, he offered to take pictures for people, and even had a hot chocolate/tea treat for us before the ride back to town! Definitely recommend. :)

5.00Had a great time on the tour. The tour guide, Ray, was very kind and the vehicle was clean and the ride was smooth. I went on the tour during the off season, in November, so there are less people on the tour and overall at Banff. Lots of space for everyone to move around and take pictures at the scenic locations!

5.00Our family loved this tour! The kids enjoyed seeing the glaciers and waterfalls up close. The timing was perfect, not rushed at all. The guide kept everyone entertained and even helped us take great photos. A wonderful and stress-free way to spend the day together.
