What To Expect

This amazing experience begins from the moment we are meeting our guests at their hotel or any other place in Athens, in order to transfer them to the starting point, a beautiful Attica beach!After a short but necessary introductory lesson, containing important directions for your safety and the smooth conduct of the activity, we will begin our rowing adventure, having as an end point the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio. In total we will be kayaking along the coast enjoying the crystal clear waters, mighty cliffs and hidden caves for approximately 3 hours! En route we make a stop at one of the nearby islets and/or on one of the beaches of Legrena for a swim, a bit of snorkeling and a refreshing snack!Towards the end of our paddling part for today, we will have the opportunity to approach the Temple of Poseidon by the sea just like the ancient travelers did, a truly unique and life-lasting memory! One can actually feel the energy of this sacred and very important monument and location. After leaving our sea kayaks at the beach, we will head towards the temple and enjoy the beauty of the archaeological site and the breathtaking sunset.What better way to end this excellent day, than having a delicious meal at a traditional Greek seaside restaurant with great views to the sea and the Temple!

A truly magical experience touring the different islands in Greece. Learned so much about the history that could not have been done without the Aegean group. From the food ordering the the incredible views they absolutely blew it out of the water. Take the stress out of travel and book for your next adventure.

I used Agean Outdoors for a private tour of Athens, Nafplion, and Meteora as well as to arrange our time and transfers to Santorini. The exemplary service they provided exceeded my expectations and our guide Archaelos was a pleasure, he was very knowledgeable and always made it important that we had a good time The trip was organized to be a combination of history, archeology, and outdoor activities, from the city of Athens to kayaking in the Aegean Sea and hiking in Meteora. Our guide also chose excellent restaurants and quickly got a sense of our tastes and always ordered the perfect, most delicious dishes The local guides we used were excellent, specifically Katarina at the Acropolis and Alex for the sea kayaking. The arrangements for the islands and the hotel in Santorini were over the top, especially the private boat charter they arranged. We happened to encounter several issues with our rental cars; Nondas and Archaelos really stepped up and took care of things right away so there was no serious negative impact All in all, it was a wonderful travel experience and a fabulous introduction to Greece,

Pavlos & Yvonne run a great outfit, and have experienced sea kayak guides to make the trip safe and enjoyable. Harris & Carl, our guides, led us around Kefalonia and Ithaca to see sights and beaches few see from the land. Their gear is top-notch, Werner carbon fiber paddles make the difference in a multi-day trek. Time of the water was equally enjoyable, excellent lodgings and great places included for breakfast & dinner. I’ll definitely return for more adventures!

Our tour guide Nondas was amazing. He took care of everything. His choice of restaurants was top notch and I felt like a Greek for my trip. I would highly recommend Nondas as your tour guide for any of the tours offered.
