  It was an amazing experience from start to finish. What a way to see the sunset in Antigua, on ATV’s! Our guide, Daniel, was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and kind and it was very helpful that he spoke such good English. Cerra de la Cruz was a sight to see over the city of Antigua. It’s a bit of a hike down to get in but remember you have to climb up to get out. It was filled with people enjoying the views. Hobbitenango was super cool, great food, incredible views, and nice people. The dude that takes pictures for you while on “the hand” was super kind and gives you memories to cherish with pictures, as well as videos. You can see 5 volcanoes from here. Stunning views. The next time we come back we will make reservations with this same outfit. Extremely reasonable in price and well worth it and great people. Highly recommend!

  This is the worst run ATV Rental business I've ever seen, and they treat people who aren't locals like they are idiots. They completely took advantage of my significant other, and I by having us sign paperwork that stated not to take the ATV to certain area but clearly mapped us there as you can see from the attached photo. They only cared after we wrecked, and my girlfriend sustained life threating injuries. If it hadn't been for being in such a dire/scary situation I wish, I had taken action in those moments. See below review from Meldibbs elaborating on this story, legal action will be taken and is being pursued. This BS company has taken advantage of countless people, and the fact that they can sleep at night knowing they almost killed someone is a complete joke. When confronted, and these reviews have been left all they do is reference the idea that we signed paperwork stating not to go there. If it's in your contract, then why would you have mapped us straight there? You are a crooked, crappy, and BS business that takes advantage of people who aren't local and will get what's coming to you sooner then you know. See attached photo where they clearly mapped us to Hobbitenago knowing this was not somewhere we should taken their BS faulty ATV.

  NEVER EVER rent from here. I almost died due to one of their ATVs breaks going out while we were going downhill, we couldn’t stop and eventually got thrown off the mountain- I sustained life threatening injuries. Broke 17 bones in my body- 10 in my spine. The rental place was there and took the ATV quick, before the ambulance found me, ignored the situation completely and told us the atvs arent supposed to go uphill, when their tours are made for that and they gave us a map on where to go- which we went exactly where the man told us to go. I’m lucky to even be alive. I got transported by medical jet to the US for emergent surgery on my spine. It’s only because I’m a nurse and told everyone not to sit me up that I am walking today. I have gotten no compensation from anything and still am too disabled to work, this happened in February, they could care less. Never have reached out to me to see if I was okay. I don’t know when I’ll ever be able to work again, I still have another surgery to go through. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. AND FURTHERMORE, they gave us a map and circled where we were able to go. We did not go all the way up to hobbitinago, they had a truck that delivered us there. We only went to the places on the mountain where the man giving us the vehicle circled for us. We didn’t even know about hobbitenego until he told us exactly how to get there, to the cross outlook and many other places on the mountain. Then later they told us we weren’t supposed to go those places on an ATV AFTER IT FAILED. When we have a map of circlings from the man at the front desk. They only reached out to me after this review to tell me that I totaled their ATV SERIOUSLY? almost killing me. They could care less about that, more about their vehicle and to look authentic, terrible untrustworthy business. Also will never take responsibility for what they’ve done wrong. The contract says they are not responsible for damage, but they should make sure their vehicles have been checked out regularly and they HAVENT. Look at the other one star reviews, there are many about breaks. So I’m so sorry about “totaling” your ATV that has put me out of work for over a year, hospital stay for weeks, many surgeries, I haven’t been able to hold my children, and I’ve been in braces, and pain you would never think was possible, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. I was 27 when this happened. I stayed and waited in that jungle with a broken spine for 2 hours, obviously the medical care wasn’t what I was used to and I payed in a bed for 2-3 days nothing relieving my pain until I got on a jet to the US, laying flat for almost a month due to the injuries on my spine, they opened half of my back, replaced many vertebra, and put rods and screws to hold my spine steady. My vertebrae were completely crushed and I should not even be alive. Only by the grace of God. Don’t let this company fool you, they will make excuses, the only reason we crashed was because this ATV and many others in their shop don’t get checked out for working breaks. Don’t live my nightmare! If this would have had happened in America I would be rich. But I haven’t received anything from anybody.

  My son and I rented an atv for a three hour tour in late December . Didn’t do a fixed tour just drove to a few places we thought would be interesting. Freddy was our guide. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We really had a great time and highly recommend, no hassles. Thank you Freddy. Doug and Tom
