We were given the wrong address for this event. We then called the ATV Operator was told to still travel the 10-15 min to complete the excursion. Only to be told we were too late to join. The ATV Operators were rude and attempted to charge us in cash for a UTV excursion…would not take a credit card. Why? Would not recommend this ATV Company.

So happy I did this. Our guide was Luis. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything we needed to know, always kept an eye on us and made sure we were all okay. I would totally do this again, the next time I visit PR.

The title pretty much sums it up. I only gave 2 stars because of the Passionfruit Mojito we purchased after the tour was delicious. This was not really a good experience from the start. We showed up at 11:15 (as instructed) for a 12 pm tour and got checked in. As 12 pm approches, another group of people show up for the same time slot, however, we ended up running behind because they showed up late, had to buy all their gear, and then had to attempt to put all this gear on. Whatever, we move on. Most of the machines have some sort of check engine lights on, my husband's machine had pretty substantial stearing issues, AND almost every machine we had in our group, had balding tires. The whole point of an ATV is to have rugged tires to be able to navigate terrain. (I got stuck at the top of a hill and had to rock myself out of a situation that wouldn't have happened had the tires not been so worn down) Our tour guide was pretty unimpressive and didn't really pay attention to our group. My machine stalled and died and she kept on going. My husband threw his in reverse because he realized I was no longer behind him. Luckily, I was able to get it restarted and we caught back up. The tour itself was boring. There really isn't anything to see except some farm animals in cages and an occasional deer or donkey. The first part was mainly just flat land around the edge of the property. We took a break half way through were our guide left us in front of the house. She said she'd be back in 15 and disappeared. It took about 30. It doesn't take 30 minutes to look at a house from the outside (you can't go inside) 2nd half had a little more terrain and some water to go through (again, somewhat difficult with bald tires.) We did a couple loops and we were done. Perhaps if they took better care of their equipment and had guides who seemed more interested in being there, we may have had a better time even if the trails were boring. We definitely left very disappointed.

The overall experience was fun, and the tour guides were great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcomed. The location and the trail itself were beautiful, and you definitely get a good mix of terrain and scenery. That said, I think the tour would benefit from offering different experience levels like Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Our group seemed to include all three levels at once, which made the ride uneven at times. One rider actually fell off her ATV, and on certain parts of the ride I felt a bit nervous because the pace didn’t always match everyone’s skill level. The guides did their best to manage the group, but having separate options based on experience would make the tour safer and more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, I still had a good time, I just think the structure could be improved.

If it's your 1st time be prepared for a lot of bouncing around. The ATV is built pretty sturdy to take it though, but you have to hild firm and tight to make your turns ( almost went in bushes twice). Wearing gloves would help for a better grip.

Amanda and Naomi were fantastic ATV leads. The trails are amazing, and because I was behind the leader, I was able to be witness to an alligator descending back into the water. The views are breathtaking, mountains, cranes, and cows.

I give it 4 out of 5 , we were visiting from Chicago , however on the way to the excursion the roads were closed so we were running late . We had a reservation for 12pm and the agent told us they could only wait 5 mins for us then we would have to rebook and pay an additional $20 each person . We got there at 12:14 and our group still was waiting however we still had to wait until 3pm When 3pm came , we did not go right out , we wait until about 3:35 for a guide tour to take us out . Wish means we sat around a lot of unnecessary time . However once we got started it was amazing , our leader (i forgot his name) was so much fun , he took us on the best 1 1/2 ride ever . I must say out of all the ATV rides I've done and I've done over 50 in different parts of the world , this was by far the best . Thanks so much
