The tour was so well organised and very informative. Starting on the bus with a documentary film which prepared us for the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide - Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle and look forward to our next tour in the future.

We travelled from Ireland to stay in Krakow for 4 days we did the full day tour with Mr.Shuttle and I couldn't recommend them more. Thomas was out driver who was lovely very informative waited outside while we did the camp then lead us to the second camp we stopped for lunch at the cafe if you added lunch to your tour he had then ready we then went to salt mines where he again directed us to the line we all had a neck piece with group one on it for our day. Thomas got us back safe and sound to each drop off on the way home. Delighted with this service !!

The tour started off with a prompt pick up by Micheal. First stop was Auschwitz camp one, where we met out tour guide who was fantastic throughout. After Auschwitz we went onto Birkenhau, just seeing the site was amazing & learning more about the conditions etc...was eye opening. We visited at the end of January & it was bitter cold. The second half of the day was a visit to the salt mines, where the craftsmanship was unbelievable. There was so much more to see than we realised. We would highly recommend this tour.

We received an e-mail message the day before our tour, advising us of the pick up time. The Mr Shuttle driver, who was also our tour guide for the Auschwitz - Birkenau tour, arrived precisely at the time advised, and introduced himself. His English was excellent. Our tour vehicle was spotlessly clean, inside and out. We had also taken up the packed lunch option and received that the conclusion of the 1st tour. After lunch, our guide then drove us to the salt mine, where he handed us over to another guide, who was also very good. The salt mine tour does involve a lot of descending on stairs, so be warned. Overall, both tours were excellent. And by booking a tour with a company like Mr Shuttle, we were able to jump ahead of the almost 5 hour long queue of people, who had decided to book individual tickets for the Auschwitz tour. So it was worth the cost.
