Silvia her cooking class was amazing, the best experience! She showed us how to make tortello, gnudi and tagliatelle. She explained every step and really encouraged us, even when our dough ended up to be tagliatelle. She also shared a lot of tips with us about places we could visit. Grazie mille, Silvia!

We have been very warmly received! Sylvia is a wonderful sweet and friendly hostess; and taught us the art of making ravioli which we then ate together. Also aperitif and dessert were not missing. A very nice experience richer in Orbetello! Recommended!
